Best in-room dining food and service
Pros:

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Radisson Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, and one aspect that truly stood out was their in-room dining service. The food was way beyond my expectations.

A special mention to Mr. Bhuwan from IRD, who took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. He was always helpful, courteous, and ensured that every dining experience was perfect.

The Chef Mohan Singh also left no stone unturned to satisfy my taste buds with consistently delicious meals. A special compliment for the Chicken Cheese Grilled Sandwich – it was absolutely outstanding and one of the best I've ever had.

As a frequent traveller, I have experienced in-room dining at numerous hotels, but the quality, taste, and service here exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the entire IRD team for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful stay experience

Had a wonderful stay The hotel was clean comfortable and the service was excellent throughout A special thanks to the housekeeping staff especially Jeeva Lal and Harish They were incredibly quick to respond very helpful and ensured everything was taken care of promptly Their professionalism and dedication made my stay even more enjoyable Highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate their outstanding hospitality

Exceptional Hospitality & Impeccable Cleanliness

I visited Brew Bar yesterday for coffee and snacks, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I entered, the cleanliness and beautiful aesthetics immediately caught my attention.

As soon as I took my seat, a staff member warmly greeted me, took my order, and introduced me to the Brew Bar and the hotel's services with a genuine smile. He kept the conversation engaging until my coffee arrived, and I didn't even realize how quickly the time had passed.

The exceptional cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and courteous staff made my visit truly memorable. If this experience reflects the entire team, I'm sure every guest is in great hands. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was curtious as expected.
Room was not clean walls behind sofa were stained. Sofa was dirty. Furniture worn out and outdated.

Cons:

Frankly room looks ie, old funiture, stained walls and cluttery room look like 2.5-3k/night hotel room. Doenst go with image of redisson. I have stay in Redisson red Mohali, Redisson Agra and more. Rooms are always much better.
