Pros:

The room was excellent. Spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view .

Cons:

There was no complementary snacks and beverages provided in the room. Even paid snacks and beverages was not place in the room, even though I was in a suite.

Pros:

The property was very luxurious and spacious. The environment was very royal and made us feel very comfortable. The staff and hospitality were exceptional and the entire experience was a bliss.

Un hotel moderne et agréable avec tout le confort possible pour le standing de cette chaîne. Personnel accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions ou résoudre les petits tracas.

Cons:

Pistes d'amélioration.
Beaucoup de désorganisation et d'incohérences :
- chambre non nettoyée durant 4 jours. Motif officiel : le personnel n'a pas le droit de se rendre dans les chambres lorsque l'hôte n'est pas présent. Pourtant, chambre nettoyée les 3 derniers jours, malgré notre absence.
- manque de communication entre les membres du personnel. Exemple : assistance pour le check out pour les bagages, demandée à 23h00 pour un départ à 23h45. Personne à la chambre à 23h45, le personnel avait oublié.
- la carte d'accès à la chambre perdait régulièrement l'accès. Nous avons du faire re programmer les cartes à la réception une vingtaine de fois en une semaine, sans exagération.
