Value for money and family friendly hotel.
Pros:

We stayed 2 times in the hotel during our visit to india this year, The room was spacious and had all the ameneties it should have, even after an extra bed for my daughter we had enough space to open our 3 stroller bags. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we enjoyed all the indian foods along with continental and bakery items. They also had live counters which was nice.

Cons:

I twould have been better if there would be bathrobs in the room. Also, since the hotel is located on the Gurgaon-Delhi expressway during peak hours its very hard to find the taxi and most of them reject coming for pickup.

Overall it was a good stay.
Pros:

Proximity to the city, nice room views of Gurgaon skyline

Cons:

Staff giving hourly staying customers more priority than general bookings. Ground staff asking for tip was also not so good. We would’ve given tip to them for carrying our luggage anyway but asking makes it look bad for a brand like Radisson

Great hotel. Great location. Will stay again if they improve a few things
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff. Cleanliness. Food. Facilities all perfect.
Receptionist Suraj was excellent.

Cons:

Towels looked old and a bit dirty. The hotel needs new good quality towels. Restaurant area was a bit not maintained and organised properly. Tables were not perfectly maintained
