Tem boa localização para quem vai realizar atividades na USP. O quarto é confortavel, os atendentes são gentis.

Cons:

O wifi é muito instável. O café da manhã é bem simples. Fiquei no quarto andar e era muito barulhento. Se puder ficar em andares mais altos, deve ser mais calmo.

Cons:

Café da manhã fraco. Faltou café no primeiro dia. Não estavam preparados para a quantidade de hóspedes. Jantar caro e fraco. Recepcionista mal educado. Precisava de mais gente para ajudar.

Cons:

O hotel é razoável, mas minha experiência com o estacionamento foi bastante negativa. O valor da diária do estacionamento, salvo engano, ultrapassa R$ 50,00.

Fui para São Paulo para trocar de veículo e deixei-o no estacionamento sem qualquer dano no console superior, onde se guardam os óculos de sol. Ao retirá-lo, constatei que essa peça estava quebrada. Informei o ocorrido imediatamente, assim que entrei no carro e percebi o problema.

Ao reclamar, a gerência do estacionamento imediatamente se eximiu da responsabilidade, mostrando imagens do veículo ao chegar e ao sair do estacionamento e solicitando minha confirmação de que nada havia ocorrido no local. Solicitei imagens de todo o período em que o veículo permaneceu no estacionamento, com foco no interior do carro, pois foi ali que o dano ocorreu.

Depois de informar que escalaria o caso até o Judiciário, se necessário, a gerência informou que analisaria a situação. O caso está em discussão, e aguardo uma solução. Com base na experiência que tive até agora, recomendaria cautela ao utilizar esse estacionamento e, se possível, a escolha de outra opção.
