Hotel bem localizado, com bom atendimento e café da manhã agradável, mas com oportunidades de melhor

A localização do hotel é excelente, com fácil acesso. O atendimento da equipe também foi muito bom, sempre cordial e prestativo durante toda a estadia. Além disso, o café da manhã apresentou boa variedade e qualidade

Cons:

Por outro lado, por se tratar de um hotel da Rede Atlântica, eu esperava um pouco mais de conforto no quarto. Alguns aspectos das acomodações poderiam ser melhorados para proporcionar uma experiência mais agradável e compatível com a expectativa gerada pela marca. Além disso a roupa de cama estava desgastada e com manchas de uso, deixando a desejar um pouco no quesito limpeza.

Fiquei porque tinha que ficar, não escolho essa opção nunca mais.
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito fraco, os ovos mexidos tem uma textura horrível e as frutas bem feias. O lugar é apertado.

Cons:

Atendimento péssimo na recepção. Acolhimento e preocupação com o hóspede zero.

Bien ubicado, equipo muy agradable y simpático. Desayuno ok, necesita más reposición en la hora pico.

Cons:

Bien ubicado, pero carece de más atención a los detalles. No había teléfono en mi unidad entonces era imposible llamar a la recepción. Tampoco función el locker decía low-bat - pedí reparación y nunca la hicieron. La limpieza cambiaba toallas pero no limpiaba tan bien el baño. El último día entraron en la habitación pero no cambiaron la ropa de cama.

Pros:

Excelente localização para quem quer ficar próximo à saída de São Paulo na região Oeste. Cama e travesseiro bons.

Cons:

Muito barulho externo de carros. O quarto possui ar condicionado modelo antigo, que quando está desligado fica entrando ar da área externa, agora em Maio, ar frio, como se fosse uma veneziana aberta - muito mal feito.
Frigobar não possuía nenhuma bebida. Falta uma certa manutenção na estrutura do quarto.
