For nonrefundable reservations and advance payments, guests need to send their details for the invoice to the hotel after making the booking.
Checked-in guests have spa access included ( indoor pool and saunas ) with a booking made in advance, in base of availability.
The access to the SPA area with pools and saunas for children under the age of 13 years old is allowed only on Fridays and Saturday ( on Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 until 16:00 ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

The view from the balcony is amazing. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. You have access to room service and also underground parking.

Cons:

The spa is great, but the Jacuzzi was out of order during our stay.

Spectaculaire hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel assez spectaculaire, hall, parties communes très spacieuses, décoration de style italien, parking souterrain, grande chambre avec balcon avec vue sur la ville, piscine intérieure, très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Hôtel de ville, donc un peu bruyant, la piscine extérieure n'était pas encore couverte, accueil un peu froid à la réception

But very comfortable stay even though during the night people were talking on the corridors and it was an ideal but over

Pros:

Hotelul arata foarte bine, camerele sunt mari si spatioase, exact ca in poze. Preparatele folosite la micul dejun se vede ca sunt de calitate si sunt din punctul meu de vedere suficient de diversificate. Locatia este foarte buna, daca prindeti camera pe partea cu orasul o sa aveti un view super tare, inclusiv spre aeroport

Ce nu mi a placut insa.. Inca de cand am facut rezervarea am specificat ca doresc un pat matrimonial de 2 persoane, insa in camera erau 2 paturi de 1 persoana lipite unul de celalalt care bineinteles avea o mica gaura intre ele.. am trecut peste asta. In a 2 a seara am dorit sa folosim hidromasajul de la cada dar cand am terminat de facut baia am avut vazut in cada o gramadaa de mizerie neagra care iesea de pe tevile de la hidromasaj. Urmatoarea seara, am testat sa vedem daca s a rezolvat problema dar din nou iesea o gramada de negreala de pe acele tevi. Un alt lucru care nu ne a placut este faptul ca in piscina interioara care nu este foarte mare se tin cursuri pt doamne, astfel ca aceste doamne ocupa toata piscina iar daca vrei sa intri nu poti decat sa te bagi intr un colt si sa stai acolo nemiscat, ca nu ai loc de dansele. La check out ni s a specificat ca intr una din zile ni s a realimentat frigiderul din camera cu whisky pt ca am fi consumat noi in camera, total neadevarat, doamna de la receptie insa a inteles si a fost totul ok. Personal daca mai ajung prin Cluj Napoca nu cred ca ma voi mai caza la acest hotel

Magnificent view of Cluj, great strong clean air and adorable stay.
Pros:

Nice venue, great view, fantastic large room, comfortable and clean. Staff was amazing friendly, and helpful. Great “can do” attitude.👍
