For nonrefundable reservations and advance payments, guests need to send their details for the invoice to the hotel after making the booking.
Checked-in guests have spa access included ( indoor pool and saunas ) with a booking made in advance, in base of availability.
The access to the SPA area with pools and saunas for children under the age of 13 years old is allowed only on Fridays and Saturday ( on Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 until 16:00 ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Très décevant, piscine en maintenance et froide. Aucun dédommagement. Trop cher.

Petit déjeuner varié et bon.
Pas grand monde

Cons:

Piscine en maintenance le premier jour, le lendemain matin retard d'ouverture de 30min et piscine trop froide pour se baigner (forcément ils venaient de changer l'eau !). Décevant surtout quand on réserve pour aller à la piscine ! Et bien sûr on n'a pas été prévenus !

Absolutely fantastic. Will come back for sure!
Pros:

Amazing service, very nice atmosphere, fabulous breakfast. I really enjoyed the live chef at breakfast, the Bangldeshi chef ("Nur") baked the best pancakes i ever tasted. The Gym is huge and well equipped, the outdoor pool is perfect, large and very enjoyable. The massage / therapist service was really great.

Pros:

Big room, huge bed, big bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, shower. Tea in the room, fridge, safe. Breakfast is fantastic, everything you could want. Very nice staff. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the gym are simple great.

Cons:

The hotel is an architectural disaster, the kitsch is an eyesore. The cleaners start working early in the morning, which can be heard in the room. You can't sit on the balcony because there are no chairs.
