The hotel is quite good—both in terms of cleanliness, service, hospitality, and a great location. I used their meeting services recently and stayed there to visit clients in Khon Kaen throughout the week. I found the service excellent, the breakfast very good, and the cleanliness of the stay quite high. They regularly replenished amenities in the room. Additionally, I found the reception’s recommendations and the check-in/check-out process quite fast. One thing I would like to mention is that I would love for them to offer vegetarian or plant-based menu options, and also drinks where I can add almond milk or healthy sweeteners like stevia. If the hotel adds that, it would be absolutely perfect!

Sky view room well worth the upgrade
Pros:

Usually stay at Avani by choice when in KK, this trip we tried the Sky View room upgrade with lounge access. Great value IMHO when you check in you can go eat lunch free with nice buffet items which are all high quality Free Coffee/tea soft drinks. came back for afternoon Tea with nice selection of Cakes. On the evening there are a couple of hours when you can have Cocktails Beer and wine we enjoy a few drinks so all in all great value for about 2000 baht extra over a standard room. BTW rooms are all on top floor so less noise generally

เป็นการพาน้องสุนัขเข้าพักด้วย ทางพนักงานให้การต้อนรับอย่างดี ยิ้มแย้มทักทาย เล่นกับน้องแบบไม่รังเกียจเลย และภายในห้องก็มีการเตรียมอุปกรณ์สำหรับน้องสุนัขให้อย่างดีเยี่ยมเลย ห้องพัก และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ก็สะอาด ดีค่ะ

had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect spot and sparkling clean. Moving around was super easy. The staff were so sweet and helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. Everything was perfect!
