Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock. die Deckenhöhe war ca. 2.10m. Die Bezeichnung Comfort-Zimmer ist hier wohl nicht zutreffebd.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bett im Zimmer ist hervorragend und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und wurde vom Personal optimal betreut.
Die Lage des Hotels ist für die Entdeckung von Güstrow und der Gastronomie hervorragend geeignet.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein und es ist nur eine Badewanne mit einer Duschmöglichkeit vorhanden. Beim Duschen setzt man leicht das Bad unter Wasser. Für ältere Gäste m. M. nach völlig unakzeptabel für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel . Das Komforzimmer war sehr gross mit Doppelbett das war sehr schön

Cons:

Ich bin ja nicht so aber in jeder Ecke waren Spinnen. Ich habe eine Phobi. Über meinem Bett hing Nachts eine Spinne über meinem Bett. Ich konnte nicht schlafen dachte sie fällt runter kam nicht an. Aber Nachts ist unten keiner.
