Pésima atención al cliente con reserva paga. 2 Noches

No lo se no pude disfrutar

Cons:

Que llegando a hacer check in , ya habiendo pagado el hotel mediante booking , no pudimos alojarnos allí. Según ellos no había sistema y que no podian ver nuestra reserva. Con lo cual esperamos casi 1 hora haber si llegaba el sistema y nada . Lo peor es que ni siquiera intentaron darnos una habitación o quizás ubicarnos en otro hotel, teniendo pruebas de nuestra reserva . Tuve que llamar a booking y ellos lograron anular la reserva con el hotel y pues la solución fue buscar otro por mi propia cuenta , porque no iba aceptar anular la reserva y luego buscar el mismo hotel pagando el doble . Quizás esto lo vimos como estrategia y la verdad nos pareció terrible y frustrarte que les dio igual.

Pros:

The staff was awesome. So was the overall stay. Even with the technical issues, everyone stayed positive and happy, making the stay wonderful. We will be returning for our next trip.

Cons:

There was a problem with the internet when we got there and couldn't check in. After about an hour and half, we tried again. They could check us in on paper but it took another 6 hours to get finally checked in. And then 1 elevator went down.

Nice location with easy access to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Pros:

It was a very clean and comfortable property.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. A bit pricey but that could be due to the economy.

The pool was not working. 🤨Customer service was not very good. The food was OK. Housekeeper was great.

Housekeepers were great

Cons:

I didn’t get his name but the evening shift customer service front desk person was very rude. Whenever we went up to ask for anything they made us wait for about 20 to 30 minutes before he helped us and there was other customers in line were also complaining regarding the wait time.
