Sorprendente! Tornerò sicuramente
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente, molto pulita e davvero ben tenuta/curata. E' comodissima all'uscita sia delle autostrade che della tangenziale ed offre un ampio parcheggio gratuito. Ho trovato lo staff molto professionale, disponibile ed accogliente in tutti i reparti. Il ristorante/pizzeria interno propone un'offerta davvero ampia e di ottima qualità: la pizza è favolosa, un impasto fragrante e facilmente digeribile, gli ingredienti della farcitura di prima scelta. Ho visto passare dei piatti della cucina ed erano molto accattivanti e dal profumo delizioso. Sono riuscita a godermi un paio d'ore nella spa: una chicca! Accogliente, intima e davvero rilassante, un toccasana dopo una giornata pesante di lavoro. Mi sarebbe piaciuto poter prendere qualche ora di sole sulla terrazza panoramica ma ahimè non sono riuscita per mancanza di tempo. Il servizio navetta dall'aeroporto è stato puntualissimo e mi ha recuperata a pochissimi metri dall'uscita degli arrivi, un minuto ed ero in hotel! Ma la cosa che più mi ha sorpresa è stata la colazione: un'ampia scelta di brioches (anche vegane), torte, biscotti, yogurt, cereali, salumi, formaggi, uova di vari tipi, semi, frutta fresca, confetture artigianali, pancake con mega dispenser di nutella e perfino dei tranci di pizza e focaccia di loro produzione. Hanno anche prodotti per celiaci e senza lattosio. E' stato davvero piacevole iniziare la giornata con una colazione così ricca, una vera coccola!!

An adequate hotel that is convenient to the Verona airport
Pros:

Convenient to the airport. The restaurant for dinner was convenient

Cons:

The rooms were small and we could hear other guests above and beside us. The shower didn’t drain. It seemed more like a value hotel than a retreat

Pros:

Amiable staff, nice big room and bathroom, refrigerator. The roof whirlpool and terrace nice bonus, a bit loud, because of airport proximity. The on site restaurant, lounge area with huge TV, and conference center very up to date and highly recommended. Plenty of parking and a garage. Gas station right out front. Air-conditioned! Conveniently located at highway intersections in all directions. Was only for a night, passing through.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, efficient staff. The hotel,is a way out of town, but it is great for easy parking and day trips. Breakfast was very good.

Espeluznante. Una experiencia para olvidar

No encontré nada destacable. La habitación estaba limpia.

No cumplieron con el servicio ofrecido. Solicitamos y reservamos con antelación el servicio de Shuttle para el traslado desde al aeropuerto al hotel y nos confirmaron que estaba todo correcto. Una vez llegamos nos indican que no disponen del servicio a esas horas y que cojamos un taxi. Avisamos previamente de nuestra hora de llegada y en ningún momento nos dijeron que no disponían de dicho servicio. De haberlo sabido de antemano, no habríamos escogido este hotel. A esas horas fue una odisea llegar al aeropuerto. La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca con el servicio de un hotel. A la salida fue igual. Un desastre. A las 10h de la mañana nos dicen que no tienen Shuttle para llevarnos al aeropuerto que cojamos un taxi, pero que tenemos que esperar 1h., para hacer 1.7km!!. Al final decidimos ir andando al aeropuerto por un carretera muy peligrosa. Espeluznante!!

Lovely hotel, clean and lovely facilities and great breakfast
Pros:

Clean easy to get to from the airport with their shuttle bus. Good facilities friendly staff

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room was very cold and not easy to turn off late at night when tired

Good hotel in the main with a few faults.
Pros:

Clean well equipped room - fridge with water etc, early checkin, comfortable bed & handy for the airport. Light airy windows.

Cons:

Staff were not very friendly, & one of our rooms had blocked shower & sink.
The shuttle bus dropped us a long walk to get into the airport so difficult with disabled child and several suitcases.
Also not one English-speaking channel on the many tv channels.
