Esperienza deludente. La struttura nel complesso è accettabile, ma la gestione della colazione lascia molto a desiderare. Se si arriva all’orario di apertura si trova una discreta scelta, ma successivamente il buffet non viene praticamente più rifornito. Molti prodotti terminati non sono stati sostituiti e, durante il servizio, non ho notato particolare attenzione nel mantenere l’area pulita e ordinata. Anzi tutt’altro. Chi arriva più tardi rischia quindi di trovare una scelta molto limitata rispetto a chi arriva per primo. Peccato, perché una colazione ben gestita farebbe una grande differenza nell’esperienza complessiva del soggiorno.

bellissima struttura, ottimo ristorante anche se con il menù mezza pensione il servizio è di livello inferiore ed il menù limitato. mi auguro per una futura visita di poter usufruire dei tanti servizi

Pros:

Struttura bella e pulita. Posizione molto comoda: vicina all’autostrada e all’aeroporto. Facile raggiungere Verona città con il servizio taxi messo a disposizione dall’Hotel.

Cons:

Parcheggio auto coperto un po’ caro e parcheggio esterno molto esposto al sole.
