We had an amazing stay at Hotel Ambassador! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the railway station, which made getting around very convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Since we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us by upgrading us to one of their best rooms, which made our stay even more special. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture.

The hotel also has great amenities, including a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for money, and we absolutely loved our stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Ambassador to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service.

Perfect stay for family of 4
Pros:

The property was pristine and spacious. We had a view of the Matterhorn and a nice living space with two rooms for our family of 4. The location across from the train station was very convenient and it was very quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and sauna were great as well. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Just steps from the departure station for Gornergrat. Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is close to the main strip - everything is close. We loved it and would definitely return!
