Lovely!! Wish we could stay longer!
Pros:

Close proximity to main train station, shops, restaurants and gornegrat station.
Clean, all amenities present.
Spacious accommodation for a family of four.
Lovely staff at the helpdesk too!

Cons:

Few basic cutlery like spoons to help stir in the sugar into the morning coffee would be useful.

Cons:

Matelas sur comme de la pierre, oreiller mou comme du sable fin, restaurant Carbon franchement moyen. Équipe de nettoyage envahissante dès le matin. Clients qui écoutent leur smartphone en haut-parleur au breakfast (c'est pas parce qu'on se paye Zermatt qu'on est éduqué 😅). Prestation médiocre pour le prix. Nous choisirons un autre hôtel pour notre prochain séjour.

Très bel hôtel avec du personnel très gentil
Pros:

La qualité et l'amabilité du personnel. La grandeur de la chambre. La piscine intérieure (trés grande). Le petit déjeuner (très copieux).

Cons:

Le canapé lit qui n'est pas trés confortable pour dormir, hormis cela tout était très bien

Sehr gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof Zermatt. Grosses Zimmer 60m2 mit Blick aufs Matterhorn.

Cons:

Spülkasten am WC defekt. Balkontüre klemmt. Personal kann nur Englisch aber das ist dort vielleicht normal.
