Sehr gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof Zermatt. Grosses Zimmer 60m2 mit Blick aufs Matterhorn.

Cons:

Spülkasten am WC defekt. Balkontüre klemmt. Personal kann nur Englisch aber das ist dort vielleicht normal.

Pros:

Great location near the train station and only 2 min walk to restaurants and the centre of Zermatt, nice breakfast, nice room, nice pool, good view of the Matterhorn from the balcony.

Cons:

The bedroom doors tended to slam but that was more an issue with other inconsiderate hotel guests early in the morning, otherwise the hotel was great

Très belle piscine et grande chambre

Cons:

Les armoires cassées inutilisables dans la chambre car il manquait des gonds. Malgré notre signalement à la réception rien n'a été fait alors que la réceptionniste nous a m'avait affirmer envoyer quelqu'un immédiatement.
Une liseuse ne fonctionnait pas et un joint de fenêtre dans la chambre complètement décollé. Des taches de calcaire sur la robinetterie de la salle de bain.
Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.
