Pros:

La propreté, la gentillesse du personnel, la salle de restaurant, le bar qui est très beau.
Excellent petit dèjeuner qui pouvait ravir toutes les papilles.

Cons:

Esta muy lejos de la estacion para ir con todo el equipaje. El "tuctuc" del hotel vale 5 chf por persona (lo supimos a la vuelta) tiene muchas cuestas para ir con las maletas a rastras. La calle central cae un poco lejos

숙소 방은 젖은 신발을 따로 놓는 트레이가 있었으며, 옷장과 서랍은 수납이 충분한 공간이었습니다. 욕실은 수압이 높고 따뜻한 물이 잘 나오는 매우 깨끗한 곳이었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했고, 체르마트를 처음 방문하는 저에게 친절하게 지도로 지역을 설명해주었습니다. 아침식사는 다양한 빵, 계란, 야채, 과일, 요거트, 견과류, 햄, 치즈, 커피, 과일주스, 차 등으로 다양하게 즐길 수 있었으며, 호텔예약옵션에 따라 다르지만 체크아웃하는날 비가 많이 오고 짐이 많아서 1인당 5프랑을 지불하고 호텔셔틀(전기차량)을 이용했습니다. 리셉션층에는 따뜻한 물이 구비되어 있어 언제든지 이용이 가능했습니다.

Pros:

部屋は広くて清潔で可愛い！久しぶりにバスタブに浸かれたのは最高だった！朝ごはんは種類が豊富でスモークサーモンがあったのと甘いパンの種類が多くて美味しかった！フルーツもたくさんあった！
スタッフはみんな親切です。

Cons:

ホテルに向かうには急な坂を100mほど上らないといけないのが重いスーツケースを持ってる人は大変だと思うが、有料の送迎サービスを使えば問題なし！
