"The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodated us right from check-in. The room was spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The location was perfect—only a few minutes' walk to Melrose Boulevard.

I have a good time and it always a reference for me when I am in south Africa.
Pros:

Nice place, quiet and good space. Clean at some level and good service from staff, they make you feel welcome.

Cons:

Cleaning area which they keep on forgetting sometimes. But in general they tried harder which is good as well.
