Hotel czysty, obsługa miła. Byłam na początku maja, więc na plus basen zewnętrzny z podgrzewaną wodą. Z tyłu hotelu plaża. Pod samym hotelem przystanek autobusowy. Na dachu hotelu taras widokowy.

Rimini è una bellissima città. PESSIMA, BRUTTISSIMA ESPERIENZA con HOTEL NORD EST. MAI PIU'

NULLA. TUTTO DAVVERO PESSIMO

Cons:

Assolutamente contrario alla politica di buona accoglienza del cliente. Aria condizionata assente, camera che durante la notte si trasformava in un forno; porta del bagno che non chiudeva; assenza di un frigobar in camera;assenza del telefono in camera; letto, a molle, completamente sfondato; ascensore non fruibile dal piano strada (vincolato all'utilizzo di una chiave da richiedere alla reception dopo essere già saliti a piano 1); personale incapace di risolvere i problemi. Tutto è stato segnalato più volte allo stesso personale, che temporeggiando con motivazioni ogni volta differenti, prometteva la risoluzione dei problemi senza però realmente farlo. Credo che le tre stelle in indicate non siano assolutamente corrispondenti ai servizi offerti.

No anduvo el aire acondicionado.
Pros:

El desayuno, la ubicación, la playa.

Cons:

Nos morimos de calor, el aire no andaba bien. Nos cambiaron de habitación, el conserje Abel hizo lo mejor que pudo pero la falla fue del aire central. Tremendo calor a la noche. De no ser por eso le daría mejor puntaje. Seguro durante la semana lo mejoren.
