Świetna lokalizacja hotelu. Czysto. Miła obsługa. Dobre jedzenie. Klub nocny z kręglami i bilardem.

Cons:

Zimna woda w basenie i brak dysz masujących. Tylko jedno jacuzzi, choć strefa SPA obowiązuje na dwa hotele i ciężko się załapać na kolejkę.

Sadly, traveling through Europe, this hotel was one of the worst for comfort and rest.
Pros:

Their pool and spa area along with dining room were very nice. Staff did their best trying to accommodate when issues came up during the stay. Sadly, these issues seemed to be beyond their control, because, moving to another room, still had problems.

Cons:

Lack of oversight regarding hotel room maintenance and housekeeping. For example, plumbing issues like clogged sink, loose plumbing fixtures, broken shower valve diverter, improperly fitted shower doors that caused a stream of leaking water onto the floor that could further cause a slip and fall hazard. Faulty light fixture, stained towels, lack of thorough cleaning, and worn mattress pad/cushion creating a mattress that was too firm, which caused disrupted sleep. Finally, they doubled billed this reservation, but, after 48 hrs of my complaint, staff had taken responsibility for their error and refunded the amount.

Unprofessional staff, Failed to heat my room - I sleeped bad, not a good experience.

Cons:

Staff: I had a problem with the staff. Seems like this is one of the hotels that runs a trick with heating during the cold season trying to save on you giving you a cold room hoping that you eat it.
My room was a chill at a check in getting really cold at night.
The trick is that the heat control at the room is not working - you can press the buttons, it’s on, you are changing the heat level, and the control pilot is responding - but the heater does not start working until Reception put it on.
So I put it on going to sleep hoping the room gets warm and went to sleep.
Woke up at nich at 3 am from chilling cold as of course it wasn’t working
Called the Reception - they confirmed it is off so they should turn it on.
No reason why - they just put ma ant the cold room with no alerting this fact, a close to scam situation.
But it doesn’t end here.
On my first complain, they just parked my question and heating still was off, until my second call in half an hour, 3.30 am.

The staff I was calling wasn’t really trying to help , when I asked why they didn’t not put the heating on at a first place the guy just said „I don’t know”
