Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa na Recepcji i przepyszne śniadania🙂 Minus,że Panie przy śniadaniu stały przy ścianie i wszystko komentowały i obserwowały. Wiem,że dbają o sprzątnie talerzy ale nie tak to powinno wyglądać

Czystośc łazienki w pokoju pozostawała wiele do życzenia. Stęchlizna niestety była wyczuwalna,kamień w kabinie prysznicowej 🤮🤢i na suficie plamy ,oraz nie tylko w łazience bo na korytarzach było to samo 🤢🤮 pozostawia wiele do życzenia,tym bardziej że jest to Hotel 4gwiazdkowy.

Chęć szybkiego rozwiązania problemu, lokalizacja, spa

Cons:

Po raz kolejny dostałam pokój z widokiem na budynek pomimo wyboru pokoju z widokiem na miasto. Elektryka brzęczy. Nad ranem brak ciepłej wody. Nie posprzątany pokój i zabrane ręczniki/szlafrok zamiast wymiany.

Pros:

Hatten das Hotel Ambasador Centrum gebucht, welches bei der Ankunft überbucht war (scheint häufiger vorzukommen) und wurden sofort ins Ambasador premium umgebucht. Das Hotel entsprach den Erwartungen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut und ausreichend. Es wird auch sofort nachgelegt und auf Sauberkeit geachtet.

Cons:

Leider ist das Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist der Frühstücksraum und die wenigen Gäste sitzen wie verloren in diesem großen Raum. Leider war Mittags irgendeine Veranstaltung mit Luftballons, die während des Essens beim Aufräumen zerstochen werden mussten. War wirklich störend. Wir hatten eine Vorspeise / Starter bestellt sowie ein Hauptgericht. Beides wurde im Abstand von 90 Sekunden gebracht. Der Hauptgang musste somit in der Küche warmgehalten werden, was aber misslungen ist (alles kalt). Gemütliches essen ist was anderes. O.K., es gab aufgrund der Reklamation 10% Rabatt, aber der Abend war trotzdem nicht wie erwartet und vorgestellt.
