Pros:

Liegt 5min von der Alster entfernt, von daher top Lage. Allerdings direkt an einer Straße. Auf den ersten Blick ist es ein sehr schönes Hotel, was allerdings seine besten Tage schon hinter sich hat, wenn man genau hinschaut. Wäre der Preis dafür nicht so hoch, könnte man es besser aktzeptieren, aber so ist es einfach schon sehr teuer...

Cons:

Für 180,-€ doch schon sehr abgewohnte Zimmer

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Obwohl die Unterkunft als ohne Frühstück angegeben war, gab es Kaffee und Tee sowie verschiedene kleine Gebäcksorten. Kissen und Matratzen sind hochwertig und bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist Zentrum nah. Der Bus fährt wirklich direkt vor der Tür. Der Garten hinter dem Hotel ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist teilweise nicht ganz neu, für meinen Geschmack in der Gesamtbewertung, aber nicht entscheidend.

I loved the neighborhood and location. The hotel was so cute.

Cons:

I was facing the street and one night people were having a party until 130 am. You needed to have the windows open because of the heat. No a/c.

ein hübscher kleiner Garten eine gute Tasse Kaffee am Morgen ; Innenstadt war super zu Fuss erreichbar (ca.20min)
viele nette Restaurants & cafe's in der näheren Umgebung Parkplatz vor der Tür

Pros:

Die liebevolle und besondere Einrichtung. Die höfliche und zuvorkommende Dame am Empfang und das starten in den Tag mit einem Tee oder Kaffe, der direkt zubereitet wurde auch ohne Frühstück aber mit kleinen Gebäckteilchen.

Would recommend and would stay again! Loved the location and friendly owners.
Pros:

Great location, very walkable spot and safe feeling neighbourhood with the bus just outside. The owners were so lovely and helpful and the room very comfortable.

Cons:

Although the decor was beautiful and the room was very comfortable, the owner even let me pick my room, the bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner and with minimal ventilation, there was sometimes a bit of a smell from the drains - may be out of their control though.

Pros:

Absolutely lovely stay, booked a single room but received a beautiful double room at check in. The owner is lovely, everything was very clean, even the invoice was already waiting for me at check in. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back!

Cons:

The wifi was a little too slow for the type of work I do, but there were cafés in the neighborhood I could use.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr freundlich behandelt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima gewesen, Bushaltestelle direkt vor Hotel und in guter Nähe (5 Stationen) vom Hauptbahnhof! Ein schöner Garten, am Morgen Kaffee mit Süssigkeiten und einige gute Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft.

Cons:

Sehr steile Treppe und das Badezimmer etwas eng.
