The reception is open from 7:00 to 21:00 daily from April to October, and from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 from November to March.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles bestens gepasst. Sehr gutes
Pros:

Kleines, aber gut eingerichtetes Zimmer in guter Lage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Terrasse mit Aussicht

Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr schön, tolles Personal und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage über dem See ist eon Traum. Das Hotel ist schick und modern und zwanglos. Ich war schon zum 2. Mal dort und habe mich als Alleinreisende super wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein ganz kleiner Wermutstropfen: zusätzlich zum Haupthaus gibt es eine Villa oberhalb des Hotels wo ich diesmal untergebracht war. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuss ist oder kurze Wege schätzt hat es von dort nicht ganz so easy zum Restaurant und zum Park mit Aussicht. Ist aber wirklich eine Kleinigkeit.

Un bilan très positif. Situation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel avec cette vue sur le lac.
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique avec une situation exceptionnel au-dessus du lac.
Un personnel vraiment très sympathique et professionnel, notamment pour le service petit déjeuner.
Petits déjeuners excellents avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

La salle de bain vraiment pas digne du standard exceptionnel de cet hôtel, car très étroite, avec WC dans la SdB et une douche où il est difficile de se tourner !
Une couette trop courte pas à la dimension du lit.

Pros:

Hotel has one of the best views one can see, with the lake and the Alps behind it. Garden was spacious and beautiful, with nice seating areas to enjoy the place. The receptionist on our arrival day was the friendliest we've ever seen (special thanks to her!). The rest of the team was also kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We also had dinner one day - the food and wine were equally good.

Cons:

Room was too warm, making it hard to sleep. Flower pots in the balcony were blocking the lake view when sitting. While booking I noted that we were visiting to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary - a small gesture (a note or a small chocolate etc.) could have gone a long way.

Run dowm Room in a building outside the Hotel
Pros:

Nice view to the Lake and quiet location

Cons:

I was not allowed to use a meeting room for a 1 hour Live Call and they did not give me any options. I did it on the balcony but there is no light at all. I was in a separate Building and nobody was there - feels very run down and spuky place with old red carpets and a scary old elevator from the 60ties. On the terrasse on 2 days they told me to leave for a fotoshoot. They insisted in 11 AM checkout instead of 12:00 even the Hotel was almost empty. In the middle of the night a robot is mowing the grass infront of my room and it is scary if you dont know what it is. They dont really care about the client.

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar
Pros:

Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war einfach atemberaubend. Auch das Zimmer war gemütlich das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man braucht.
