Upalny czas w Szwajacarii:)
Pros:

Hotel ma bajkowy widok na jezioro i góry.
Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Komfortowy parking. Otoczenie hotelu bardzo piękne i zachęcające do odpoczynku. Otrzymaliśmy karty dające zniżki na komunikację (świetne). Opłata za psa za każdą noc (bez żadnych dodatków typu miska, legowisko).

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju w sierpniu podczas upałów jest po prostu koszmarne. Otrzymaliśmy pokój narożny z widokiem na dach, zaduch, termometr pokazywał mi w środku nocy 34 stopnie w pokoju. Nie dało się spać. Sam pokój sprawiający przygnębiające wrażenie. Otworzenie okna nic nie dawało, ponieważ od nagrzanego dachu żar był niemiłosierny. Następnego dnia poprosiłam o zmianę pokoju. Na szczęście udało się. Pokój był nadal bez klimatyzacji, ale chociaż można było otworzyć okna i ogólnie pokój wyglądał jak pokój. Niby ten sam standard, ale jakby inny typ pokoju.

Pros:

Die Aussicht und Lage. Wunderbar einen Drink zu genießen mit dieser Aussicht. Restaurant teuer aber gutes Service und Essen war auch gut.

Cons:

Air condition wäre ein Hit gewesen.

Tolles, schönes Hotel mit lockerer Atmosphäre
Pros:

Freundlichkeit Personal, duchgehend. Traumhafte Lage, oberhalb Vevey. Abends angenehm kühl, im Vergleich zur Stadt unten. Sehr sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Abends Restaurant und morgens Frühstück auf schöner Terrasse mit Blick auf See. Restaurantessen war sehr gut.

Pros:

Es un hotel de ensueño. Situado en una colina con unas vistas preciosas desde las habitaciones. Estuvimos en una evasion room y la vista era una maravilla. Buen desayuno en un jardín precioso. Totalmente recomendable.

The location of the hotel up from Vevey was gorgeous beautiful views of the lake. The restaurant and bar area also lovely. Staff great very friendly.

Cons:

We booked a Horizon Lake View room, expecting to be staying in the main hotel. However, we were actually accommodated a short walk away in what the hotel refers to as "The Villa." In reality, it felt more and looked from outside like a converted conference / commercial building situated behind the back of car park!

This is an important distinction that should be made much clearer in the room description and during the booking process.

There were couple of issues with the room itself. The telephone was not working, and there was no air conditioning only a portable fan. As we stayed in August during very hot weather, the room became uncomfortably warm.

The "lake view" was also somewhat misleading. While there is technically a view of the lake if you stand up, when seated the view is largely obscured by railings, with the car park visible to the right. It did not feel like what most guests would reasonably expect from a room described as having a lake view.

Finally, the area around The Villa felt rather neglected. Some landscaping, flowers, or other touches would help guests feel that they were part of the hotel (which is lovely) rather than accommodated in an overflow building behind the main property. Overall, the accommodation did not reflect the expectations created by the room description.

une excellente parenthèse avec mes petites filles
Pros:

Vue magnifique sur le lac un moment de détente. Tout est calme et silencieux c'est un espace de sérénité.
J'ai apprécié les chaises longues confortables et les petites filles ont bien aimé le petit déjeuner.
