Bilik yang diberikan tidak sama seperti gambar dan penerangan yang diiklankan dalam talian. Bilik tersebut nyata lebih kecil daripada yang dijangkakan. Kelengkapan asas bilik air adalah terhad dan tidak mencukupi sepanjang penginapan. Snek percuma dan air mineral botol juga tidak disediakan; tetamu perlu membayarnya sendiri.
Sarapan pagi adalah biasa sahaja dengan pilihan menu yang terhad. Tilam katil kelamin terlalu keras sehingga menyebabkan ketidakselesaan untuk tidur. Saluran TV pula tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan perlu diimbas semula (auto-scan) setiap kali TV dihidupkan. Terdapat bau yang kuat di dalam bilik air, kemungkinan disebabkan oleh pengudaraan yang tidak mencukupi.
Kadar harga bilik agak mahal, terutamanya semasa musim cuti umum. Secara keseluruhan, berdasarkan harga yang dibayar dan masalah yang dihadapi, penginapan ini tidak memenuhi jangkaan. Malangnya, saya tidak akan mengesyorkan tempat penginapan ini."

A nice memorable place.
Pros:

Value for money. Didn’t know that they have a Coffee House and surprisingly they have quite a large choice of value for money lunch sets.

Extra thumbs up for the toilet bidet.

Staffs were friendly.
