Overpriced - not good value for money due to the extensive construction under way.
Pros:

Very centrally located and with undercover parking. Apartment was tidy (but somewhat small living/dining area). Friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

It was essentially a construction site all over the ground floor, not advertised at time of prepaid booking: Construction workers were on site and noise started from shortly after 6:30am. Concrete mixer truck blocked driveway for multiple hours on one of the days. Guest laundry was not accessible. Fences impeded access from car park to apartment and there was flooding in the basement from the constriction.

Very little privacy without having blinds drawn due to open communal courtyard next to dining room.

Spa bath was an average sized bathtub.

Great place, right in the centre of town.
Pros:

Great location right in town, with undercover secure parking.

Cons:

There's no lift, so bags need to be carried up & down the stairs from the carpark, which didn't worry us, but would be an issue for anyone with mobility concerns.

Many of the facilities were not available due to refurbishment which we were warned about beforehand. The room was only okay standard

Bellissimo soggiorno a Byron Bay
Pros:

Delizioso appartamento curato e accogliente in una zona silenziosa e comoda da raggiungere. Cucina ben attrezzata e pulita. Comodo garage coperto. Personale disponibile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni in maniera tempestiva.

Pros:

The location and the rooms were fantastic.

The construction happening made it a bit of an awkward process getting bags up to the room and back particularly in the rain.

We absolutely loved it - it was perfect for our stay with kids and the location was perfect
Pros:

Location was perfect and we loved the layout of the loft two bedroom apartment. Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly

Cons:

Bathroom could do with a little Reno. Windows and blinds in the downstairs room were really dusty and dirty

Great stay
Pros:

The one-bedroom apartment was very clean and comfortable. The super king bed was fantastic. It was within walking distance to everything in Byron Bay.

Cons:

The unit complex is undergoing some major renovation work which we were told about prior to our arrival. The construction noise didn't bother us but you have to carry your luggage a long way around from the under ground carpark.

Lovely vacay , affordable and comfortable. Would come back again !

I like the layout, it feel like my own vacay home. Got a stair leading up to bedroom while everything else was at the bottom which felt clean and spacey.
