Pilze in der Unterkunft
Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht.

Die Unterkunft ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Besonders der starke, unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer war für uns kaum auszuhalten. Beim genaueren Hinsehen haben wir zudem Schimmel unter den Möbeln entdeckt, was uns sehr erschreckt hat.

Aus gesundheitlichen und hygienischen Gründen haben wir uns deshalb entschieden, die Unterkunft bereits nach einer Nacht zu verlassen und in ein anderes Hotel umzuziehen.

Wir haben das Hotel umgehend über die Mängel informiert, erhielten jedoch keine zufriedenstellende Reaktion. Schade, denn mit einer angemessenen Kommunikation und einer schnellen Lösung hätte sich die Situation möglicherweise anders entwickeln können.

Aus unserer Sicht besteht bei Sauberkeit, Instandhaltung und Kundenservice deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.

The friendly staff made our stay most enjoyable. Our broken air conditioner and the power shortage in our room was fixed

Location, friendly staff and atmosphere

Cons:

Badly needs a lot of maintenance. Loose tap fittings, spa is ancient, needs some updating all around and this leads to difficulties in cleaning and everything appearing clean. The breakfast selection whilst adequate could have been better if it was kept hot and varied more often.

É algo bem antigo, sem manutenção, a hidro quase não funciona, tem vazamento de água no banheiro, achamos precário

Perfect en enorm groot
Pros:

Enorm grote kamer, perfect gescheiden met nog een kamer, maar aan elkaar vast. Ideaal met kinderen.
Daarnaast een enorme badkamer met bubbelbad. Bij ons allemaal keurig, netjes en schoon!
Locatie ook prima, via Grab ben je voor 100-150THB op de Night Bazar. Vanaf daar een Tuktuk terug bv, kost hetzelfde.

Personnel très serviable.

Cons:

L’endroit est défraichi et pourrait bénéficier d’un grand nettoyage. C’est dommage car c’est un très bel établissement mais qui a un peu vieilli et l’entretien n’est pas optimal. Nous n’avons par exemple pas utilisé la superbe baignoire jacuzzi car il y avait de la crasse au fond. La clim était également vieillotte et difficile à régler à un niveau correct (elle est restée à fond avec le boucan qui va avec).
