The villa itself is great, but... Lucia, give the receptionist a proper room! He deserves it, please
Pros:

rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels provided daily, shampoo and shower gel replenished daily, the pool kept clean.

Cons:

When last night , by chance, I was returning late at night and caught my foot on a table, making a noise, I realised that the young lad who works at reception (and also cleans and cooks meals) was sleeping on the floor in the reception area, having merely drawn the blinds on the reception window – despite there being vacant guest rooms during the off-season in May! He came out to check where the noise was coming from at 3 am and I saw where he was sleeping. This is scandalous in the 21st century...

The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. They cleaned the room everyday so it was nice to come to fresh towels and a clean space at the end of the day!

Cons:

The towels should probably be updated. They feel old.

Very nice place with great views
Pros:

The hotel had great views. The pool area was great. The beach is only a 5 minute walk where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The grocery store was 10 minute walk.

Overall, the stay was affordable and completely adequate. It met my expectations. The staff was friendly and I would stay again.

Helpful tip: Do not make the bus drivers angry. Do whatever they say.

Cons:

I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and my room was cleaned anyway. I was only there for 3 days and it was a complete waste to clean, replace trash bags and change out towels. I am a minimalist. And this bothered me a great deal.

Also there was a cat who kept getting into my room. I had to be diligent when the door was open.

Pros:

Location brilliant.
Very clean had a lovely room.

Pool lovely
Aman the cleaner was lovely .
Lucia was very prompt at sorting any issues

Cons:

Could do with a bit of tlc in places .
Front of house boy could do with working on his customer service and smiling .

MUY BIEN!
Pros:

La zona, está muy cerca de la playa, la montaña a un lado es hermosa. Lucia, es una persona excepcional, muy amable desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos!

Cons:

Nuestra habitación la sentí muy pequeña.
