La alberca tenía una bonita vista

Que al llegar en nuestro auto, nadie nos recibía, solo nos veían, nadie se acercó, mi esposo tuvo que bajarse para preguntar, nos dijo el responsable ya conoce el hotel y nosotros obvio no!!! Ah pues métase al estacionamiento y ahí usted y sube, nada cortés la verdad, no regresaría, ya que no conocíamos la zona

NO ME GUSTÓ QUE NO RESPETARAN LA RESERVACION QUE YO PAGUÉ, RESERVE 2 HABITACIONES DEL MISMO PRECIO Y DE LA MISMA CATEGORIA Y CUANDO LLEGUÉ SOLO ME DIERON 1 DE LA CATEGORIA QUE PAGUE Y LA OTRA DE MENOR CATEGORIA, ARGUMENTANDO QUE EL HOTEL ESTABA LLENO. TAMBIEN EN EL DESAYUNO LA SALSA DE LOS CHILAQUILES ESTABA DESCOMPUESTA Y LOS JUGOS LOS REBAJAN TANTO CON AGUA QUE NO SABES A JUGO.

Un hotel muy bueno a un precio muy justo.
Pros:

El hotel como el personal y la comida son excepcionales, lo recomiendo mucho, los chiles en nogada son de lo mejor, solo que la regadera es muy pequeña.

Que la regadera sea más grande.

Cons:

En general, todo estuvo genial, excepto, que yo pague más, por que supuestamente la habitación que reserve, tenía tinta con hidromasaje y cuando llegue a la habitación, vaya sorpresa, era una tina cualquiera. En la descripción de la habitación decía otra cosa.

Vista hermosa
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo aceptable, solo le faltó más variedad, no había verduras. Sugiero que pongan calabacitas, brocoli, chayote, hervidos, no son muy caros y son muy saludables. La alberca excelente muy amplia y el agua calentita muy rica para nadar. La ubicación estuvo excelente frente ala plaza Angelopolis, y la vista al volcán popocatepelt muy hermosa.

Cons:

Más variedad en el desayuno, si se pudiera poner verduras al vapor como calabacitas, chayote, brocoli sería excelente. Sería un desayuno más balanceado.
