According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that the balconies and windows must remain locked due to security reasons.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Possui um pequeno sofá, 2 TVs, 2 ar condicionado, microondas, cofre.
Hotel um pouco antigo e péssima manutenção;
Precisei trocar de quarto devido a um problema com janela e sujeira;
Controle do AC sem pilha, foi preciso tirar do controle da TV;
Toalhas manchadas;
Colchão horrível e provavelmente antigo, com molas cansadas e que deforma e afunda muito no quadril ao deitar, (não tenho sobrepeso);
Fiquei em apto duplo, em uma das camas não tinha tomada em nenhum dos lados para carregar celular, inadimissível nos dias de hoje, não possuir uma tomada próxima a cama;
Esperava muito mais de um hotel da bandeira Blue Tree
Maravilhoso hotel, instalações , educação dos funcionários, limpeza, restaurante. Tudo perfeito. Amamos!

Café da manhã abaixo da expectativa, já estive em outras unidades. O segundo ponto é que as janelas do quarto não tinham vedação e isolamento acústico adequados.

A paisagem em frente ao local é linda, o roof top permite boas fotos para quem gosta de ver o pôr do sol e o amanhecer. O serviço de quarto é rápido e isso agradou bastante. Eles têm parceria com uma academia que te obrigada a sair do hotel para frequentar, para quem está passeando e tem tempo, pode ser útil.
O chuveiro é um tanto temperamental por assim dizer, ele esquenta para escalpelar a pele e em seguida esfria, tudo isso sem que você tenha manipulado a vazão de água e é algo bem desconfortável. Fora isso, as toalhas são bem gastas, já passaram da hora de serem trocadas. O café da manhã tem poucas opções em todos os sentidos, não faz jus ao número que estrelas que o hotel possui. Não obstante, a academia é realmente horrível e a parceria que fazer com a Body Tech não ajuda quem precisa otimizar tempo, quer era meu caso, pois te obrigada a sair do hotel para acessá-la.
