Reservamos com 2 meses de antecedência pela Booking, uma hospedagem para 4 pessoas, ao chegarmos nos comunicaram que o hotel havia vendido mais unidades do que poderia comportar, nos realocaram para outra unidade, suíte, como fomos entre amigas, pedimos para ficar juntas e colocarem uma cama extra (fomos em 3), mesmo ficando em uma suíte fomos cobradas pelo valor de uma unidade quadrupla. Não recomendo o hotel.

Localização excelente, limpeza ruim!
Pros:

Localização, atendente que estava na recepção tratou nossa situação com cordialidade e empenho em solucionar.

Cons:

Ao chegar no quarto pude observar roupas de cama amassadas, manchadas, cabelo por toda parte, piso sujo, pia do banheiro com cabelo, a sensação é que nos colocaram no quarto que alguém havia acabo de sair ! Situação super desagradável, ainda mais por estar viajando com criança.
Após feita a reclamação o atendente no colocou em um outro quarto, que estava com roupas de cama limpas e quarto limpo.
Independente de categoria de quarto, alguns pontos são básicos, como limpeza, zelo, roupas de cama e banho limpas, o que não foi feito ali.

Vista pro Guaíba e ótimo café da manhã
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, na frente da orla do Guaíba. O apartamento era limpo, espaçoso e com uma bela vista do Guaíba, onde era possível ver o pôr do sol. O café da manhã era bem servido e todo dia tinha algo diferente, com pães, ovos mexidos, salsicha, opções saudáveis e também coxinhas, mini-hambúrgueres, mini-pizzas, etc. Toda equipe muito simpático.

Cons:

No quarto onde eu fiquei o chuveiro do quarto ao lado fazia muito barulho quando era ligado, e o hóspede vizinho me acordou com isso dois dias.
