I hate having to write this review because I had a wonderful experience here in March for my birthday with my husband. Our unit was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, which is why I returned September 7–12, 2026, with my family. Unfortunately, this stay was the complete opposite.
We had two units for 10 people, including elderly family members and children, and encountered numerous issues. The units appeared partially cleaned, with stained towels, washcloths, and blankets, dirty dishes, garbage, dead flies, and items left behind by previous guests. We also found roaches, an overwhelming amount of mosquitoes inside, and ants near one unit’s back door. We spent $30 on three cans of OFF because we were getting bitten so badly.
Other issues included a bubbling countertop, a water leak requiring maintenance to place a bucket on the floor, cigarette butts left on the balcony, terrible odors, and a shower that appeared moldy. My mother was so uncomfortable she started showering downstairs with her shoes on. Kitchen utensils were melted or falling apart, dishes were dirty, and the pots and pans were extremely old and scraped. We also had to purchase air fresheners.
I contacted the office, and although the woman was nice, moving units was difficult with 10 people and all our belongings unpacked. I first called around 7 AM on September 8 but learned the office didn’t answer until noon. I eventually stopped calling because I didn’t want to spend my vacation constantly complaining. Maintenance was pleasant and professional, but I don’t feel enough was done to resolve our concerns.
I also experienced rude and dismissive treatment from a man when calling for help with the television. The most embarrassing part was recommending this resort to my family based on my previous experience, only for everyone to complain throughout the trip. We spent as much time outside as possible because we were uncomfortable in the units. I have pictures documenting many of these issues.
Space in rooms
My first unit wasn't clean so they gave me another unit alot of dead bugs in both and trash leftvin the other I mean I swept them up but seems like both of the room wasnt check upon arrival but I give them a 7 out of 10 the three units I seen cud use some maintenance n the kitchen and bathrooms and a smell of old water lingered it wasnt pleasent

Balcony view of the pond was great. My kids really enjoyed the pool. Being close to the beach was a plus. Everything I needed was provided.
Everything was great
The comfort. The space.
The property was located in a great area in regards to entertainment and food. Also, beach access was only a mile away (there was a beach shuttle provided by the resort if you didn’t want to drive). Additionally, there were plenty activities on site (both free and paid) as well as amenities to explore.
Overall, the room was very clean and spacious. There were some cobwebs in a few corners and one of our sliding doors was broken and taped on arrival (we alerted the front desk and they let us know it was on the maintenance list to be fixed) but other than that, we enjoyed it!
I liked all of the amenities
The rooms was not very clean at all. Bathtub shower still had used washcloths sitting in them. Wrong hairs were on some of the towels that were hanging up to be used playing as day where the housekeeper should have noticed and never hung it up. Floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped.
Upon arrival the staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the condo was fully equipped, spotless with a overall home feeling. The pools, fitness center and reck room were clean and well maintained. They also offer a cabana on the beach with free parking for guests of the links
I have absolutely no complaints about the links
The only complaint I have and its not related to the resort it self. Is.... In a couple of ocasiones other Guess habit to have people hold parking spots in the cabana parking lot Up until the rest of their party arrive. That behavior is unfair to others trying to park.
