Had the best hotel experience. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. I requested a birthday surprise for my wife, big thanks to DJ and Adrian for preparing a lovely room setting for us. Thank you so much!

We recently stayed at Cocoon Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every single way! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the amazing scent that fills the reception and hallways—it immediately set the tone for a relaxing, homy getaway.

Superb & Courteous Staff: The level of hospitality here is top-notch! From the front desk reception to the room service and maintenance team, everyone was always smiling, super warm, and eager to help with any request or question. Their genuine care made us feel so welcomed.

Spacious & Fresh Rooms: Our room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and equipped with strong, cold air conditioning. A major bonus for us was the huge bathroom complete with a bathtub and their in-house bubble bath gel—our kids absolutely loved it!

Comfortable Bed: The beds were incredibly cozy and comfortable. Both my husband and the kids slept so soundly throughout our stay.

Fast & Thoughtful In-House Service: Service was fast, reliable, and attentive. The sweet team even prepared a special birthday surprise for my son and daughter, which made our celebration extra memorable! 🥳🎉

Heated Pool: The kids had a total blast in the pool! It’s clean, well-maintained, and best of all—heated, making it super comfortable for them to swim in.

Everything about Cocoon Hotel feels warm, clean, and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better family staycation, and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Been going to this hotel for nearly a decade now. It was already great to begin with but their facilities still keep improving. The most noticeable improvement is the digital hotelier. So convenient. It's a truly unique, beautiful, clean, and cozy place to stay. The staff (like Sir DJ, and others) are all great too.

The moment you enter the hotel you feel it’s quality with someone opening the door for you and the front desk already welcoming you with your reservation. The room is more than what we expected and it was a big reason why we enjoyed our stay. And the restaurants and services within proximity are also very good with both food and drink helping the good experience.

Participants, including Philip, the staff, and the trainees, expressed positive feedback on the teams assistant throughout the five day events at Cocoon. They appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness and continous support which contributed to successful conduct of the program.

Everything is so cozy here, and the customer service is top notch. We booked the place because of the proximity to good restaurants in Scout area. The room is spacious and the amenities are good. Great value for money. We will definitely be back.

The place is cozy, and peaceful. We like the vibe and scent of the hotel upon entry. The staffs, especially Ma'am Trish accommodated us very well.

It's my go-to hotel. The hotel is old, but what I value most are the staff. From security to the hotel employees, everyone is friendly and very nice. Even my nephews like calling them kuya, especially DJ, who is very kind and helpful.
