1. The staff was friendly and helpful. All responded to my inquiries quickly. 2. The interior design and decor were elegant. 3. Big windows allow looking out to the streets while privacy is protected with curtains.

Our stay here at Cocoon was such a great experience! The room was clean, and we slept so well because the area was so comfortable and relaxing. We also had a great time enjoying the pool area. We’ll definitely be coming back again! ❤️

DJ has always been one of the reasons we keep coming back. He is always very attentive to our needs from our arrival to the time we leave.

The room was nice, the mood lighting was enough to be bright yet pleasing to the eyes. The location is at a good spot, seeing as that there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The atmosphere created by the room was very homey, the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The noise level could be a bit better since the construction site nearby could be heard at around 10pm still. The value of the room overall was quite adequate.

Very accessible location. The place is cozy and very relaxing vibe. The room we stayed is nice and clean. The service, food and amenities were great.

Superb & Courteous Staff: The level of hospitality here is top-notch! From the front desk reception to the room service and maintenance team, everyone was always smiling, super warm, and eager to help with any request or question. Their genuine care made us feel so welcomed.

Spacious & Fresh Rooms: Our room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and equipped with strong, cold air conditioning. A major bonus for us was the huge bathroom complete with a bathtub and their in-house bubble bath gel—our kids absolutely loved it!

Comfortable Bed: The beds were incredibly cozy and comfortable. Both my husband and the kids slept so soundly throughout our stay.

Fast & Thoughtful In-House Service: Service was fast, reliable, and attentive. The sweet team even prepared a special birthday surprise for my son and daughter, which made our celebration extra memorable! 🥳🎉

Heated Pool: The kids had a total blast in the pool! It’s clean, well-maintained, and best of all—heated, making it super comfortable for them to swim in.

Everything about Cocoon Hotel feels warm, clean, and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better family staycation, and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

Been going to this hotel for nearly a decade now. It was already great to begin with but their facilities still keep improving. The most noticeable improvement is the digital hotelier. So convenient. It's a truly unique, beautiful, clean, and cozy place to stay. The staff (like Sir DJ, and others) are all great too.

The moment you enter the hotel you feel it’s quality with someone opening the door for you and the front desk already welcoming you with your reservation. The room is more than what we expected and it was a big reason why we enjoyed our stay. And the restaurants and services within proximity are also very good with both food and drink helping the good experience.

Participants, including Philip, the staff, and the trainees, expressed positive feedback on the teams assistant throughout the five day events at Cocoon. They appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness and continous support which contributed to successful conduct of the program.

Everything is so cozy here, and the customer service is top notch. We booked the place because of the proximity to good restaurants in Scout area. The room is spacious and the amenities are good. Great value for money. We will definitely be back.
