The Cocoon Boutique Hotel

I cannot rave enough about this place. The rooms are absolutely stunning, the service is superb, the price extremely reasonable. The foyer and bedroom decor is tasteful, with wooden floorboards and doors, massive wooden desk, huge cupboards, ridiculously large bed (actually two singles pushed together - and a little too soft for my liking), even a bedroom corridor!

The rooftop pool is a little small, but large enough to have a dip; surrounded by plants, with several showers and bathrooms, and pool towels provided.

The staff cannot do enough here to make your stay comfortable. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The location is safe and convenient, restaurants and stores are nearby. Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Rooms are clean and quiet. But we just found a mouse lingering in the room and some wood tiles are broken just watch out to that you might get wounded. Value is impressive for the service that’s above and beyond. Noisy on the hallway you can hear people from their rooms. The staff are accommodating and hospitable. Requests from email was done excellently. Complimentary birthday Decorations and Cake also the TV greeting was absolutely amazing. We had a great and unforgettable stay.

Our stay at the hotel for our special night was truly one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, everything was planned so smoothly and perfectly, making our celebration extra special and stress-free.

One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing spa experience inside our room. The spa employees were incredibly kind and professional, setting everything up beautifully for an in-room spa session that made the night even more relaxing and intimate. It was such a unique and luxurious experience that we will never forget.

The romantic room setup exceeded all of my expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you could really feel the effort and care put into making the night magical for us. Huge thanks to our butler Enzo and his team for creating such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere for our date night.

Special appreciation as well to Operations Manager Raymond for making the entire planning process such a breeze. His professionalism and dedication made everything excellent from start to finish. We are also very thankful to Sir John and all of the hotel employees who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and attentive to everything we needed throughout our stay.

The food was absolutely great, and even the breakfast service the next morning was excellent. Every part of our experience felt luxurious, warm, and unforgettable.

We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our special occasion so perfect. We are already looking forward to coming back and staying at the hotel again soon!

The experience is overall great the only downside is the noise from the walls and the bed is cozy and the thing I really appreciated is the bathtub because of the bubble bath

Rooms are huge. And for the price, it’s such a steal! As someone who’s very sensitive to lights, the room vibe was very comfortable. Plus the fact that all rooms have tubs!!!

We loved our stay at the Cocoon Hotel. The room is clean and well-maintained. My kids loved the big bed and the bath tub. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to DJ for attentively assisting us and being so kind. We shall go back in this hotel again.

Comfy and cozy experience. Very appealing and super satisfied with the stay. Location wise, super accessible. And they offer buffet breakfast. Mababait din ang staff nila. Sulit na sulit ang bayad mo dito For sure babalik ako dito and will recommend cocoon sa family and friends. Thank you!

Overall experience is pleasant. Personnels are helpful and nice. Wifi is weak though. Elevator can be slow on peak times or high traffic hours and it so happened there was also an event during time of our stay

Very relaxing hotel and accommodating staff

A value for money stay.
We were warmly welcomed by DJ. He guided us in the parking area and offered to secure a basement parking once a slot becomes available. He took out his umbrella to provide shade from the heat of the sun coming from the outdoor parking to the front desk. He also served us iced tea while waiting, while the check in process was being done.
Check in was efficient.
Room is spacious and comfortable, even better than some 5 star hotels I experienced. The only downside was the very limited shower area.
Breakfast was a combination of buffet for select food items [e.g. egg, pastry/bread, fruit, coffee] and a set menu which you can takeout. The breakfast area is open which prove very hot especially during tag-init season. But with the takeout option, this is not really a major issue.
They have a "cute" pool near the breakfast area. I would say it is for kids than for adults especially with the size limitation and the lack of privacy.
Cable and smart TV were not functional. Another downside especially when guests expects access to cable channel. There was an advisory about the cable service interruption but the smart TV features that were offered as alternatives were NOT accessible. Good thing for us, we have laptop and we are not really fond of watching any cable channels.

I booked this stay as a special gift for my daughter and her cousin for their very first hotel experience—and it truly exceeded expectations. They absolutely enjoyed the amenities, and what made it even more memorable was the exceptional service.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm and welcoming—from the security guard to the front desk team (Sir Clarence and Miss Tricia), and especially Sir DJ, who made us feel extra special. From the welcome drinks to personally assisting us to our room, every detail was thoughtfully handled.

The rooms is very cozy, spacious and clean.

Everyone made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful and memorable experience for the kids, and something we will definitely cherish. Highly recommended!
