Я считаю, что до уровня отелей Four Seasons нужно поработать персоналу и руководству

Мне нравятся отели такого уровня , встреча , обслуживание на высоком уровне

Cons:

Не понравилось комната 509 с выходом на старый город и запах от приготовления пищи
Не понравился лондри сервис , мне погладили блузку , после этого я обнаружила дырочки , блузка была новая и дорогая

Best hotel and best experience, best location
Pros:

Best Hotel not only in Azerbaijan! Welcoming reception staff, proposing room choice to adapt to your wishes. I would still recommend sea view, as every morning it is breathtaking, windows are well protected from street sound.
At Breakfast staff is outstandingly kind, everyone, but especially Shamil and Allahverdi, not only serving but sincerely wanting to make the stay comfortable and talking about Azerbaijan culture.
Spa is very good with again very kind staff
At this hotel you feel like at home, while I was staying a week.
Room is very spacious, always clean. I had a nice decoration for birthday and tasty cakes.
Don’t miss the carpet store on ground floor, also beauty for the eyes.
Old city is right behind the hotel, and many museums around, and walking boulevard along the sea just in front
