Quite shabby
Pros:

Proximity to things were good. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

We stayed in unit 24. Although mostly clean, it was very run down. Paint flaking from the wall in one bedroom. Mould stains in bathroom. Blind in kitchen could not be pulled down for privacy. No lift. Had to carry bag up a decent staircase.

Fantastic location in a beautiful location - would highly recommend!
Pros:

Location was everything for this stay - right by Byron Bay beach! A beautiful apartment with fantastic facilities in the heart of Byron Bay. Beds were so comfortable. Would 100% recommend for anybody visiting Byron.

Cons:

It was great although the AC wasn't the best. There was a fan in the room but it didn't work. It was a little warm in the apartment but not the end of the world - we enjoyed the stay!!

Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Although an older building we were impressed with how neat and tidy it was. Great location and pricing was good. Air conditioning and shower pressure was excellent plus pedestal fans in the bedroom.

Cons:

Arched carpark does not really fit 4wd cars.
