Pros:

Es war alles super. Mein Mann und ich haben uns sehr erholt und denken an die Zeit im Hotel sehr gerne zurück. Spa-Bereich und Massage waren super, sowie das Essen .

Gute Lage und Wellneslandschaft Zimmer und Management bauen schwer ab

Cons:

Ich komme seit Jahren und habe das Gefühl das es seitens des Managements seit ca 1 Jahr deutlich schlechter wird. Ständig passieren Fehler und mit diesen wird unprofessionell umgegangen statt serviceorientiert. Langsam komme ich an den Punkt dass ich mich nach einer Alternative in HH umschauen muss

De sauna beleving met opgieten

Cons:

Lift was stuk, het gebouw had twee verdiepingen dus niet zo’n probleem. Het personeel wil wel helpen. Maar er moet toch een storingsdienst beschikbaar zijn.

Cons:

Der var ingen ordning på dette hotel
Personalet var uoplagt, spa fik man kun tilgå nøgen dette galt også pool og varmbadet, ved dette er tysk kultur men, dette var direkte ubehageligt. og meny på restaurant var ikke tilstrækkeligt
Vi blev henvist til gaden uden for for at få mad.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren durch die Bank alle super freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Gesundes Essen, gesunde Säfte, toller SPA, tolles Bett, tolle Lage! Ich komme immer wieder, sehr gerne sogar!!

Cons:

Ach naja, alles okay! Im nächsten Jahr stehen wohl ein paar Renovierungen an, das macht auch Sinn, aber mich hat nichts gestört!

Es ist alles etwas heruntergekommen, das Frühstück ist in anderen Hotels besser und und die ersten beiden Tage war der Service so, als würde dort ein Aushilfskellner zur Arbeit gezwungen!

Für HH gut, wenn man auch einen Platz zum Relaxen und nicht nur zum Übernachten sucht.
Pros:

Die Kombination mit dem nach wie vor sehr gute Spa inklusive Innen- und Aussen-Schwimmbahnen ist sehr gut. Wenn man tagsüber einen Platz zum Relaxen braucht, ist das Aspria eine sehr gut Wahl in Hamburg.

Cons:

Auf der Rechnung erschien ein nicht bestelltes "Business Paket" für 5 Euro pro Tag.
