Я людина яка за релігією , та своїми життєвими нормами, не можу бути голою, тим більше коли поруч незнайомі мені чоловіки, було б прийнятно обмотатися полотенцем .Вибираючи цей готель я була вражена спа зоною з басейном, джакузі і з нетерпінням чекала щоб провести тут час, але нажаль я була дуже розчарована що туди можуть заходити лише повністю оголені люди, якщо в Німеччині це норма, то ви повинні зважати що до вас приїжджають люди з різних країн, для яких не прийнятно ходити оголеними перед чоловіками .

Superschöne Anlage mit vielseitigem Sport- und Wellnessangeboten. Hochwertige Geräte im Fitnessstudio und wunderschönen Außenanlagen mit Pool. Sehr ruhige Zimmer und gute Matratzen.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung in den Gängen zu den Zimmern war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Die blauen Wände haben es nicht besser gemacht. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel sowie im Wellness- und SPA-Bereich. Tolle Atmosphäre und sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Komfortables Zimmer. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Richtig tolle Pools und Saunalandschaft.

Very comfortable room and hotel with public transport just outside the gates.
Pros:

Breakfast had healthy choices, the Bistro staff were attentive. Dinner menu as well. The terrace was magnificiently large which was a plus.
The cleaning staff were very helpful and courteous. It was great to have a fridge in the room and warm tiled floor in bathroom. Air-conditioning worked well.

Cons:

If I were to make suggestions, I would ask that the staff at the main desk could greet newcomers with more information about the facilities and their access. A little was left up to us to poke about to find entrances. Tone down music at breakfast time, would also be a suggestion.
What's up with the dark hallways? Doesn't work well for visually impaired.

Though being located in central Hamburg, you didn’t get that experience at all! The hotel was very secluded from the rest of the city, which was very nice.

Cons:

I think my biggest problem was the textile-free spa, which in it self doesn’t have to be a problem, but when you’re not used to nakedness like that it’s almost enivitable feeling uncomfortable with it, and I do think the hotel should put it in the description when booking, as I would reckon that most ppl from other countries aren’t used to being as relax about nudity as germans, and it might affect whether you want to use the spa or not, but then if you’ve already paid a lot of money for a stay you’ll either feel forced to do it or robbed.

Pros:

Alles top! Sauna und Spa Bereich ist wirklich sehr toll! Betten bequem jedoch die Zimmer sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte wirklich etwas gehoberen Standard entsprechen dafür dass man doch so viel zahlt. Das Rührei schmeckte komisch und die Früchte könnten frischer sein - frische Brötchen wären super!

The spa was nudest but this was not clear on Booking website and not explained by staff when we arrived so couldn’t use the spa we paid for

Dejligt stort og rent værelse og toilet. Lydisoleret og både spa og Fitness rigtig godt. Vær dog obs. på der ikke må benyttes badetøj i spa og sauna. Fin morgenmad og rigtig venligt personale. Gode parkeringsforhold i p-kælderen.
