Ramada Plaza Weifang

This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom). The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast area was dirtier than the sidewalk on the street. Hasn't been vacuumed for a long time. Awful. The staff was helpful in general, despite not knowing English. Generally we were almost alone in the hotel. Definitely could be better.

Had a good stay for one night at this property. Room was relatively clean and comfortable.

아침에 물이 않나와서 세수하려고 생수썼더니 체크아웃 할때 돈 내라고해서 물이 않나와서 그런거 아니냐고 했더니 기다리라고 함. 한 참 전화하길래 픽업나온 사람이 기다리고 있으니 그냥 계산하겠다고 하고 돈내고 옴.

這次旅遊，匆忙中行李遺落在高鐵，酒店經理主動願意協助幫忙，順利的找回行李～好的酒店讓人感到暖暖的溫度～讚

設備が非常に古く、テレビは全然綺麗に映らない！他の町のラマダに比べられるものでは無い❗️

位置適中，人員服務親切，房間也很舒適。
游泳池也不錯。下次有機會再回來。

Air condition was switched off in the whole hotel ....too warm in the room. Otherwise convenient room, good beds, silent, nice views on the City, restaurants nearby. Breakfast was naturally Chinese style with some Western components.

Maybe a nice place for local people but not for Western guests. Rooms not clean, staff speaks hardly english and breakfast is poor and all chinese food. Overall a dated hotel and no value for money compared to other hotels of that price in China.

Nobody could speak a little english. Room smell from smoking even it was a non smoking room

The Hotel is getting on in years but is well maintained. Great value for money with two exceptions:
1 They seem to turn off about 30-50% of the lights in the halls / left foyer on my floor and even the LED lights in my room didn't really light the place up. Great for romance but didn't cut it for business - wanted to take notes but almost had to use my torch!
2 Breakfast for Westerners is barely OK. In fairness to the Hotel, Weifang isn't popular for Westerners and I was just one of 2 Westerners out of about 30 people having Breakfast there, so they can't waste food in a buffet if they haven't got a large number of clients. Eastern choices for breakfast were extensive.
Bed & bathroom were clean and comfortable. They have a Pillow menu (which I didn't find until I checked out!) but my standard pillows were adequate.
Only 1-2 English Channels on TV.
Overall very good, especially for the price paid.

Had everything you need when looking for a hotel: clean room and friendly staff. The staff helped me book a flight inside China because the train system is not very user friendly for foreigners. They also would spend time translating anywhere I wanted to go into Chinese to give to taxi drivers. Fifi, one of the hotel managers, was exceptional in her help to a non-chinese speaking American. If I return to Weifang, I will most likely return here.

The Ramada was comfortable and clean. The staff was very service oriented. The breakfast buffet was good, but not great.

Not a bad location, semi close to downtown and the train station (about a mile), just not a lot around the hotel itself as far as shopping or restaurants.

Stayed here for one night as I had an early train the next morning. The room was great, very clean and with great facilities, and it’s located close to plenty of shops. The staff don’t speak great English but were very helpful. The biggest issue is the on-site Western Restaurant. The food is good but definitely not Western. Pretty much everything you get there is from China or other nearby Asian countries. But despite that I had a great stay here and would definitely book again if I was in the area.

I stay in this hotel for the second time, durong my business trip to Weifang.

First, hard to download emails, the connection is not stable, I even could not download even one e-mail.

The room I had was large. Some lights did not work, the carpet was dirty.

The restaurant was dark and cold, the food was ok.

The breakfast is Chinese style, the coffee bad, the eggs cold. I recommend a warm jacket during breakfast, the restaurant is not really heated.

I hate if the cashier is not concentrating on my check out. It took quite long as she was answering the phone and checking out several guests at the same time.

For one night reasonable but that's it.

The room is spacious and clean though the furnishings are a bit outdated and the carpet stained with use. The staff look very eager to help but not all can speak English though there is always one at reception that speaks English. The bed is very comfortable and big. The TV has only 1 English station which is a bit disappointing. However I would stay here again if I need to as one of the 2 best hotels in the location.
