But Grosvenor House Suites deserves it.
In London, this is the only place where I consistently find true luxury combined with genuine human attention. Flawless organization, absolute discretion, precision, comfort and exceptional service at every level.
A very special mention to Emanuele, the Concierge Team and the Guest Relations Team. They are the reason this experience reaches such a high standard. Every request is anticipated, every detail handled with intelligence, efficiency and elegance.
In high-level hospitality, details make the difference — and this team masters them perfectly.
Without them, this stay would not have been the same.

Having stayed in some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotels across Paris, Milan, Tokyo, New York and London, I can confidently say that Grosvenor House Suites has achieved something exceptionally rare: the perfect balance between absolute luxury and genuine human warmth.
From the very first moment, every aspect of the experience was executed with flawless precision. The reservation service was impeccable, seamless and attentive. The airport transfer service reflected the highest standards of excellence: punctuality beyond expectations, elegant vehicles of exceptional comfort, immaculate presentation, refined hospitality, refreshments and amenities thoughtfully prepared in advance. Every detail was anticipated before it was even requested.
What truly distinguishes Grosvenor House Suites is their extraordinary ability to understand luxury clientele on a deeper level. Every request, every preference, every small habit is remembered, respected and anticipated with remarkable intelligence and discretion.

Perfect location in upscale Mayfair. Staff was terrific, as was the provided English breakfast. Rooms recently renovated, contemporary style that we found generous and pleasing.

An amazing experience start to finish. We were welcomed warmly. Our room was spacious and fully equipped. All amenities were first rate. The conceirge service was informative, helpful, and aligned to our needs. So helpful on all fronts in terms of directions and activities. Breakfast was a treat, and the hotel did us a favor having a take away breakfast prepared based on our early departure time. Would not hesitate to recommend and for sure will return to the property next time in London.
Unbelievable stay.
Brought my son to a Tottenham game experience for weekend from the US and was upgraded into a three bedroom suite (booked two bedroom) which was the size of an apartment.
On arrival, there were some sweets and a bottle of champagne. One morning, they surprised us with Tottenham scarves, an incredibly personal touch. Throughout the stay, everyone was fully focused on ensuring we had an incredible time in London
Loubna, Veredic, Moustafa, the entire team not only ensured a great stay - but made such an effort to make my son feel special.
Already planning on coming back with the rest of the family. You can’t go wrong here.
Verdic, Antonio, Shuja and Dora were all outstanding and took great care of us. Could not recommend more the Grosvenor House Suites -- beautiful rooms, great location and attentive staff. We were upgraded (a benefit of our booking platform if available) and they gave us an amazing experience. As the last night of our trip it was so wonderful to unwind in our room and so grateful. It is a great spot for families in particular!
Outstanding service and impeccable grounds. We visited with our immediate family and our accommodations were arranged close to each other which made it extremely convenient.
Very nice hotel and exceptional service. The siutes have a full kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. We travel frequently and this has to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in.

Incredible hotel, excellent location just off Hyde Park in Mayfair. Cannot say enough good things about of experience here, especially the staff which went above and beyond to make my family's stay here incredible. Special call out to Loubna at the front desk who went out of her way to build my 8 month old daughter a little playpen in our living room and gave her a soft toy to play with which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I will 100% be coming back here with the family next time we visit.

Grosvenor House Suites is definitely one of the hidden gems. We haven't stayed in a hotel or a serviced apartment that is as welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with open arms by the concierge team the moment we got off the airport transfer. We were greeted with drinks and cookies again by the reception team when we got to the 2nd-floor lobby.
They made sure everyone in our family is taken care of, including our 22-month-old son. Marco brought out a box full of toys for my son to choose from! Christian then took us on a room tour, explained all the amenities in detail, and made sure we felt right at home.
Upon entering our suite, the dining table was beautifully arranged with a bottle of wine, a basket of fresh fruits, a platter of nuts to sample, and cookies and teas that are exclusive to the UK.
Every day, the housekeepers will tidy up your room twice a day! Once in the morning to do a general cleaning of your entire suite, and the 2nd time in the evening to put out the room slippers and place a bottle of water on the nightstands. They even did the dishes we left in the sink! We were truly spoiled and did not know how we could return home after this trip.
GHS made us fall in love with London during our first visit. We felt like royalty and often didn’t even want to leave the hotel because it was so cozy and comfortable.
Special thanks to some amazing staff who we got to converse on a deeper level - Marco, Robert, Carolina, Christian, Yannick, Antonio, and Lubna. And a heartfelt thank-you to Mr. Henning for making our son’s first international trip such an unforgettable experience.

This was my third stay this year the Grosvenor House Suites and I always look forward to going back. The service throughout the property was truly first-class—warm, attentive, and refreshingly intuitive. Every team member we encountered went out of their way to make the experience seamless and personalized, striking the perfect balance of professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Thoughtful touches are evident in every corner, from the high-end finishes and modern conveniences to the luxurious bedding and impeccably maintained living spaces. Stayed at the Grosvenor House Suites for my first trip to London (birthday celebration trip as well) with my husband and adult son. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we felt like we were family and at home.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, clean, housekeeping manager checked in several times to make sure all was well, loved the bath products (smelled fantastic) even though we brought our own, breakfast and dinner room service was delicious, staff extremely nice, friendly, helpful, just wonderful! Very helpful in recommending places to see, how to get there, getting taxi's for us.
A special shout out to Marco for making my birthday one of the best ever! He had cake and wine delivered to our suite to help celebrate my special day which I really appreciated! He has a wonderful personality!!

Just wow! From the moment we walked in till we left, staff were just amazing, professional and genuine.
We paid extra to leave our car there as we were attending a wedding and afternoon tea next day. Staff at entrance were friendly, happy and very attentive. We didn’t wait long at all. We were taken to reception to check in and was greeted By Cristian on Reception. We got offered drinks and hot towels to freshen up, which my boys have never experienced and were very impressed.
We then got shown to our beautiful 2 bedroom suite and we were so taken back with how beautiful it was. We got greeted with the most wonderful gifts which we were not expecting at all. From champagne, delicious huge olives, lovely almonds, the most beautiful macaroons. Big fruit platter,
A little bag of emergency essentials in case we needed it for the wedding.
The best bit was seeing our boys faces when they received a huge cookie with their name on. And they both got gifted a game each. Tasty goodies for us too with cookies, and lots of teas/coffees. Juice and water in the fridge and water by beds every night.
At that point it already was the best stay ever for all of us. We knew we didn’t want to leave.
The rooms were a great size, bathrooms/showers were great. I enjoyed a bubble bath to soak up my tired feet and it was just heaven.
One of the best sleeps I’ve had. Beds really comfortable, pillows perfect.
There is not a bad thing about the grosvenor house suites. Just we wish we were there longer to explore more of it. Sad to have left.

My stay was fantastic – the hotel is wonderfully located, with clean and comfortable rooms. I would especially like to highlight the work of receptionist Marco, who was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Thanks to him, my stay was even more enjoyable
I’ve stayed at Grosvenor House Suites multiple times and was always impressed — until this last visit. We were placed in a room that reeked of smoke, with the smell deeply embedded in the furniture and bedding. Traveling with a child who has asthma, this was unacceptable. The only solution offered was a small air purifier, which made no difference.
What’s worse was the lack of urgency or empathy from staff — a sharp contrast to the exceptional service we’d previously experienced. I left disappointed and uncomfortable, and sadly, I can no longer recommend this property based on this stay.
