Nice hotel but parking far away and paying.
Pros:

This time, we had a very nice and quiet room

Cons:

The parking is in a public parking 150m from the hotel and half has to be paid by the guest. That was not specified in the description and on request, we were told that it said so on the hotels website (!).
When we arrived, the parking was closed due to a fire and the staff refused to reimburse us for the cost of the other parking we had to drive to (that also was farther away).

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva, y desde el hotel la persona que nos atendió no hizo nada por intentar darnos una solución remitiéndonos a booking (el problema fue que cogimos 2 habitaciones para dos personas cada una de ellas y en booking a pesar de cobrarnos esa opción que incluía desayuno nos dieron 2 habitaciones con solo 1 huésped. De forma que solo teníamos opciones a desayuno una sola de las personas que ocupaban cada habitación. 2 desayunos en vez de cuatro. A pesar de mostrar mi pago por la opción del desayuno de los 4 en el hotel nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada.
Entiendo que habernos dado el desayuno si estaba en su mano, no es complicado.
En booking fue reclamado y la atención fue deplorable e irresolutiva. Y en el propio hotel se desentendieron.
Debo añadir que el hombre que nos atendió en un principio en recepción fue desagradable y no tuvo el más mínimo interés en nosotros, tratándonos de manera, creo que, poco profesional.
