Quiet and comfortable 5* hotel, great staff
Pros:

This hotel and the staff were, once again, perfect. Great location, in the middle of most things. Lovely, quiet hotel with helpful staff who go the extra mile, especially Linda who helped me out on a number of occasions. Thanks again and I hope to be back again soon!

I travel a lot around the world due to my work and vacation and can say Kempinski Xiamen in my mind, ranks near the top, in terms of the hotel facilities, cleanliness, surrounding green environment and nearby malls. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, with a guest focus and desire to help and provide a good service.. I had some issues with my mobile sim as well as some logistic issues. The Guest relation Manager, Patrick, went out of his way to help me solve the issues promptly. The breakfast was impressive with western dishes and some regional Fujian dishes. The end result was, I extended my stay in Kempinski. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Superbe hôtel. Chambre magnifique et petit déjeuner au top. Piscine de 25 m, bien agréable après une grosse journée. Mention spéciale à la cheffe de partie de la salle à manger qui parle couramment anglais et est très serviable.

Cons:

Rares sont les membres du personnel qui parlent anglais.
