All the stuff r so friendly
The staff are very good and kind. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would recommend visitors to stay here.
I booked the accommodation only for a day to spend my transit time in Doha. The location is very much in the heart of Souq Waqif and the metro station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
We were allowed to check in early after waiting for an hour, as there were occupied rooms. So I appreciate the receptionist for the service.
The room was very spacious with all the listed facilities. Our room was on the 12th floor, and the view from the window was the Doha skyline, which was amazing!
The room had tomato ketchup littered on a corner from the previous guest, which was present during my check-in and I assume it was not cleaned properly during the cleanup. I immediately called for room service, and the staff came in and washed that, but I think it should've been checked properly before our arrival and that was right in front of the entrance, so no point arguing that they didn't see. But I appreciate the staff's honesty, as he said whoever did that probably didn't do the full cleaning service for the room
It was wonderful spending over two months at this hotel. Eveything was excellent, a highly professional and welcoming team, and top-notch service' not to mention the spa and the pool. I highly recommend it
