Pros:

Μου αρέσει πολύ που είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχει γρήγορη εξυπηρετήσει!

Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε είναι ότι για κάποιες ώρες απογευματινές κυρίως μεταξύ 16:00-18:00, υπάρχει φασαρία από το πρωσοπικο καθαριότητας οι οποίοι καθαρίζουν αλλά δωμάτια, αλλά μηλανε μεταξύ τους φοναχτα, και της πόρτες της κλείνουμε με δύναμη που όλο αυτό τρομάζει τους πελάτες που είναι στα αλλά δωμάτια, επίσης ένα άλλο είναι ότι δεν διαθέτουν έστω ένα μπουκαλάκι με νερό στο ψυγείο και το οποίο ψυγείο δεν έχει και την απαιτούμενη ψύξη.

Great location , good value for the money
Pros:

The hotel is in close 2 min walk from the promenade, 5 min from the center square. Many pubs and shops , 10 min walk from market .The room was clean and the receptionist very nice v

Cons:

I booked 1 double bed but the room had 2 beds close together , the beds were not comfy. The bathrom small no room for a shower door . So the shower inside the toilet room had no door . Which was very strange.

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι άκρως ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.
Το Wi-Fi εξαιρετικά γρήγορο.
Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για όσους / όσες επιθυμούν να κινηθούν στο κέντρο και στην παραλία της Θεσσαλονίκης.

Cons:

Δεν υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης. Υπάρχουν επιλογές (επί πληρωμή) κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Το ξενοδοχείο χρήζει ανακαίνισης.
Το κλιματιστικό κάνει θόρυβο.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν γεμάτο κουνούπια.
Οι επιλογές του πρωινού περιορισμένες.

Otelin konumu gerçekten harika. Neredeyse her yere yürüyerek rahatlıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Ancak bizim için maalesef kötü bir deneyim oldu. Aramızda yürüme güçlüğü çeken bir hastamız olduğu için rezervasyon yaparken özellikle asansörü bulunan bir oteli tercih etmiştik. Otele vardığımızda ise asansörün arızalı olduğunu ve servisin ancak ertesi sabah geleceğini söylediler. Alt katlarda da boş oda bulunmadığı için hem hastamız hem de biz oldukça zorlandık.

Yaşadığımız bu mağduriyet nedeniyle, otelin sağlayamadığı hizmet için bir indirim talep ettik. Yanlış hatırlamıyorsam %5 ya da %10 civarında bir indirim uyguladılar. Bu jest olumlu olsa da yaşadığımız sıkıntıyı telafi etmeye yetmedi.

Odaların tasarımı şıktı ve odalar oldukça temizdi. Temizlik personeli de çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ancak odalar oldukça küçük olduğundan ve kapının altındaki boşluk fazla olduğundan, koridordan geçenlerin sesi sanki odanın içindeymiş gibi geliyordu. Bu nedenle konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissedemedik.

Konum, temizlik ve yataklar(sert yatak tercih edenler için). Otele yaklaşık 100m mesafede çok sayıda ücretli otopark olması büyük kolaylık.

Cons:

Odalar göründüğünden daha küçük. Fotoğraflarda balkon olmasına rağmen balkonsuz oda verdiler ve iki tür odaları olduğunu, müsaitlik durumuna göre balkonlu oda verebildiklerini söylediler. Sizin için önemliyse rezarvasyon sırasında göz önünde bulundurun.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Kahvaltıda çeşit az ama yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Odaların büyüklüğü ve temizliği iyiydi. Personel yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Odadaki buzdolabı çok küçüktü. Yakındaki otoparkların ücretleri yüksek. Biz 15 dk yürüme mesafesindeki grand parking'i kullandık.
