Pros:

La piscine peut-être la température de l'eau un peu froide

Cons:

Les mouches mortes sur le bord de la fenêtre pendant le repas pas très chaleureux. Manque de personnel à l'arrivée du petit déjeuner. Nous étions tous seul pas mise en place au buffet du petit déjeuner. Très décevant

A part le salle de bain,l''hôtel est resté totalement dans son jus. Les balcons et la façade sont en très mauvais état. Il y a un beau salon avec un billard au 1er mais tout était éteint, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Grand indeed! A splendid hotel in such a stunning location with far reaching views across Lake Neuchatel and beyond to the Alps. Huge room with a balcony and comfy beds. The pool and spa were welcome after a day walking the hills. Breakfast buffet had everything you could want.

Cons:

The pool could be a little warmer....

Bel établissement sur un site avec une très belle vue. Il y fait frais à 1200 m d’altitude.
Pros:

L’emplacement est magnifique et très calme. L’hôtel est très ancien et a conservé son charme d’antan. Espace piscine et terrasse extérieures très agréables.
Très bonne restaurant bien que les prix soient un peu chers.
Le personnel est serviable et accueillant.

Cons:

La salle de bain est assez vétuste. La literie est moyenne.
Quelques désorganisations sur la logistique sur notre week-end caniculaire fin juin.

4 étoiles un peu surévalué à mon goût.
Pros:

Le lieu, la vue, le personnel. Un magnifique bâtiment d'époque, qui mériterait quelques rénovations.

Cons:

J'avais réservé une chambre avec grand lit double. Au final il faisait 140cm, un peu juste pour un grand lit double confortable comme mentionné sur Booking. Je n'appelle pas ça un grand lit double. Apparemment le problème serait d'avoir réservé via Booking. Dommage. La salle de bain minuscule, scotch dans la douche. Vraiment très cheap pour un 4 étoiles en Suisse.

Cons:

Leider waren beim Hauptgang ( Menue à la carte )
Immer dieselben Gemüse als Beilage auf dem Teller. Wir haben uns dann mit 2 Vorspeisen ausgeholfen.
