Goede locatie en voorzieningen maar appartementje is gedateerd.
Pros:

Het zwembad en Bar. Helaas ging de Bar om 6 uur al dicht. Niet handig als de gasten einde middag weer terug komen na bijvoorbeeld een wandeling.

Cons:

Ons appartement (wine appartments) zijn gedateerd. Badkamer is oud douche in bad.

Pros:

Buena relación calidad-precio. La zona de la piscina era ideal y había mucho sitio para aparcar fuera del recinto en caso de que no hubiese sitio dentro.

Cons:

Las habitaciones de la zona de la piscina necesitan un lavado de cara, todo estaba en buen estado pero el mobiliario es bastante viejo.
El horario de recepción me pareció bastante reducido, aunque el hotel no fuese un hotel al uso como los de las grandes cadenas hosteleras.
El bar de la piscina es muy caro y demasiado hecho para turistas. No te podías pedir un pingo, ni una meia de leite, solamente un flat whitte o un capuccino ???

Pros:

Le vaste appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle et de jolis jardins.
La piscine chauffée, très agréable.
La situation, à 20 mns à pied du centre ville de Funchal, je précise en descendant car nous sommes toujours remontés en bus. Arrêt à 1 mn à pied, très pratique.

Pros:

Fijn ruim appartement. Zwembad, tuin, terras en kleine bar zijn heerliijk.
Ligt op 5 min rijden van het centrum. Fijn dat je er kan parkeren. Als je geen auto hebt is de bushalte op 2 min lopen. Vlakbij een bakker en kleine supermarkt voor de hoognodige boodschappen.

Pros:

Piscina con vista mare molto confortevole: l'acqua aveva una temperatura piacevole pur essendo i primi di maggio.
Il posteggio interno è perfetto.
Metratura dell'appartamento ampia , letto confortevole, cucina usata essenzialmente per la prima colazione.
Il Ragazzo del bar della piscina molto gentile...ci ha fornito il cavatappi dandoci anche il tappo. Sono state fornite su nostra richiesta le racchette per il trekking. Ottima la vicinanza della fermata del bus per andare e tornare dal centro città ( il percorso è abbastanza impegnativo per la pendenza), meglio utilizzare un'auto.

Cons:

La dotazione della cucina troppo essenziale...Andrebbe specificato che , a parte il sale, bisogna attrezzarsi per gli altri condimenti, mancava il cavatappi... direi importante per una coppia che voglia sorseggiare il famoso vino di Madeira sul balcone.
Il locale con affaccio al giardino ha la vista mare coperta dalla siepe troppo alta: meglio il piano superiore con balcone.
Gli orari della reception mal si conciliano per turisti che amano il trekking: partono presto e ritornano tardi dalle loro escursioni.

Die Lage über Funchal mit tollem Blick über die Stadt. Schöner Pool.

Cons:

Basic Küchenausstattung, kein Backofen wie beschrieben. Keine normale Essecke, sondern nur Gartenmöbel. Sehr unbequem zum Essen. Sehr steile Strasse zur Altstadt.

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Aufmerksames Personal,sehr hilfsbereit in jeglicher Hinsicht.

Cons:

Das Haus ist außerordentlich hellhörig.Das immer wiederkehrende Kratzen der Stühle von der darüberliegenden Wohnung nach 22 Uhr war zum Teil nervig.
