Великолепный персонал во всем отеле! Замечательный СПА, с полезным напитком и разными чаями, соленая комната, хамам. Удобные сланцы сумки в комнате. Воды питьевой дают сколько хочешь. Завтрак стандартный, но хотелось бы ягодок добавить. В ванной комнате есть все необходимое принадлежности от расчески до бальзама для губ. Хорошая шумоизоляция

Cons:

В нашей комнате не работали жалюзи у панорамного верхнего окна. В ванной комнате не хватало крючка. Вешать халат в душевую кабину не удобно. Нам не повезло попасть перед Олимпиадой. В отеле шли ремонтные работы, поэтому в комнате был переодически странный запах лака или краски

Uwielbiam to miejsce z sentymentu.
Pros:

Śniadania lepsze i rozbudowane bardziej niż kiedyś. Brak świeżego, różnorodnego pieczywa.

Cons:

Bywam w tym hotelu od 12 lat, ale kiedyś był piękniejszy - teraz sztuczne materiały, które przykrywają naturalny kamień (dywaniki na kamiennych pięknych podłogach, kiepska tapeta przy schodach) są niekorzystne dla klimatu. Nie da się zamówić taksówki wieczorem przez hotel. W saunie pani upomina, że nie chodzi się nago :-)

The spa was incredible and great that you didn’t have to book a particular slot.

Cons:

It was a good 30 minute walk into town, albeit the walk was lovely and on a dedicated cycle/walking path.

Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile, la Spa e il massaggio all altezza ! Trovo si mangi molto bene. Punto di forza il personale tutti molto gentili davvero bravi

Cons:

Troppo piccola la camera davvero poco spazio dove mettere anche i vestiti! E purtroppo alla colazione tutte le mattine un attesa esagerata anche se non c'era tanta gente e spesso rinunciavo alle uova mezz'ora è davvero too much! Consiglio di velocizzare!

Exceptional. Can't wait to return in spring/summer weather

This resort is exceptional. My wife and I stayed 2 nights as we traveled from Venice thru the Dolomites. Exceptional service, from valet to concierge to front desk to restaurant and bar staff....superior. Very elegant decor but not stuffy. Elegant but comfortable room with great terrace and view. Shuttle to the village was always available and easy and quick which was nice to avoid difficult parking. Small hotel so easy to get around, restaurant was exceptional in food quality and service. Concierge very helpful with activities and directions. Did not have time for the wellness/spa but it looked very nice. Highly recommend. It is just outside of Cortina, but we enjoyed being outside the village. If you must stay in the village, then there are other options.

Évasion relaxante au dolomite.
Pros:

Accueil très bien, le personnel est au petit soin. Les petites attentions avec les chocolats tout les soirs, cadre magnifique spa super propre, une cheffe en cuisine exceptionnelle.
