Genoten van het mooie zwembad
Pros:

Het hotel heeft een prachtig verwarmd zwembad. We hadden een hele ruime kamer met grote badkamer en de bedden waren prima. Het is een klassiek, sfeervol hotel met leuke hoekjes en zitjes. We zouden het zeker weer boeken. Het ligt vlakbij de snelweg, maar dat merk je niet echt.

Cons:

De temperatuur van de airco was niet individueel te regelen. Persoonlijk hadden wij het liever iets kouder gehad, maar geen onoverkomelijk probleem want we hebben prima geslapen

Sitio increíble, trato extraño
Pros:

Las instalaciones son impresionantes. Realmente es un lujo alojarse aquí.

Cons:

El trato del personal. Además de que nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 21:30 de la noche (hora extraña para un servicio de habitaciones). Sin llamar y en un momento que no estábamos “visibles”. La persona que abrió solo cerró rápido y se fue corriendo. Esto lo comentamos al personal de recepción a la mañana siguiente y prácticamente pareció que les hizo gracia, le restaron importancia y nos dijeron que pusiéramos el cartel de no pasar.

Very nice but didn’t feel special, which we felt it should have done given the high price.
Pros:

Bedroom was lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean.
The swimming pool was very good.
Food was good.
Location was handy for the motorway. Parking space was excellent.

Cons:

It was a little too far to the centre of town.
We did have a problem with no hot water in the bathroom sink.

Parada en Landa: obligatorio al menos una vez en la vida
Pros:

La suite tiene todo lujo de detalles, la decoración es preciosa. Todas las instalaciones están preparadas para impresionar, y su personal listo para complacer. Comida riquísima. Merece la pena parar y reposar.

Pros:

El hotel es una preciosidad. Las instalaciones, decoración y piscina es una preciosidad. Limpio, sábanas de un hilo increíble y muy positivo todo esto.

Cons:

Como puntos negativos dentro de que lo demás ha sido muy positivo:
- Que en un hotel como este el desayuno no esté incluido en el precio de la habitación es bastante negativo. Ir al bar, el servicio al momento es rápido pero una vez te sirven no hay mucha atención.
- En cuanto al restaurante, esto ya me ha pasado otras veces yendo a comer exclusivamente. Mucho servicio pero poca atención. En general todas las mesas enfadadas por lo mismo. Es lento y poco atento.

Decir que el servicio de recepción y del chico de la piscina ha sido estupendo!
