Aktives und freundliches Personal wäre besser
Pros:

Gute Lage, gutes Restaurant, schöne Außenanlage

Cons:

Defekte Klimaanlage, Reparatur am Abend nicht möglich. Keine aktive Kommunikation seitens des Hotels. Umzug für eine Nacht, erst nach Nachfrage durch uns möglich.

Pros:

acceptable room size, good breakfast, nice facilities which could not be used due to weather, good rstaurant

Cons:

the basic room we booked is acctually on the 2nd floor, no elevator, in the attic of the house with slanted cieling that you bang your head every few minutes.
the response we got: all basic rooms are on the second floor...that was not mentioned anywhere on th site! I wouldn't have booked, as we are 73 years old.
after some firm explanations we have got an acceptable (premium!) room in which there is no electrical outlet to charge a phone, you have to disconnect a lamp to charge the phone! 80s?
and all that for a high enogh price.
the hotel is outside of the town of mikolajski, about 15 min walking (if you like) or by car wich you can park in town for double the price in any city in poland....
so if you don't use the garden or pool in the hotel, look for something else.

Ondanks de twee kleine minpuntjes een super verblijf op een leuke locatie.
Pros:

Sfeervol hotel, goede kamer en fantastisch ontbijt + mooie locatie

Cons:

Wel wifi code maar toch geen internet en de organisatie in het restaurant kan beter, is teveel voor één man en dat gaat ten koste van gastvrijheid en kwaliteit.
