Cons:

It was a very bad experience! The weather those days was 38ºC and they didn't even have AC. The staff wouldn't sell us a bottle of water until they finish 10 people checking in one by one, which took them more than an hour, it was ridiculous. We told them we were not happy with the service and they didn't even care!

Zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk. Zeer proper. Dat is het.

Het personeel van de keuken zeer zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aan de receptie waren ze ook zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Pros:

Het hotel is goed gelegen voor een bezoek aan de belangrijkste locaties in Brussel. Ook heel dicht bij metrostation Naamse Poort. Vriendelijk onthaal. Snelle oplossing voor een probleempje met het venster.
