Pros:

L'emplacement, la déco et le confort des chambres, le personnel très conciliant.

Cons:

Le bruit lié aux travaux d'une partie de l'hôtel, l'information nous avait échappée lors de la réservation.
On a pu changer de changer de chambre pour une côté cour, la rue piétonne pouvant être bruyante la nuit.

Huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia. Hissi ei toiminut. Miehellä oli kainalosauvat ja jouduimme kapuamaan teräsportaita huoneeseemme, joka oli kolmannessa kerroksessa. Näistä asioista ei tiedotettu etukäteen.

La ubicación es lo único que tiene a su favor.

Cons:

El hotel está en remodelación pero no tienen medidas de contingencia para los huéspedes. Las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, eso no es claro en su descripción. Nos brindaron un abanico que estaba dañado. Finalmente nos dieron un “upgrade” a una habitación con abanico de techo. El Wifi no llega a las habitaciones. Canales de televisión? Cero. Ninguno. El ascensor no funciona (ni el de personas ni el de carga) las escaleras del segundo piso al lobby no estaban disponibles para su uso, así que en caso de una emergencia no existían salidas claramente disponibles y seguras para los huéspedes).

Hotel bem localizado em Bruxelas
Pros:

O hotel está localizado bem próximo do centro da cidade, com facilidade para fazer passeios a pé e visitar os pontos históricos. Bares, restaurantes e lojas bem próximos também. A equipe do hotel foi cordial. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, bem como bastante silencioso. O café da manhã era bastante suficiente.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Apenas um dia não tinha água quente no chuveiro, mas logo foi resolvido pela administração.

Pros:

well, apart from the fact that it is close to Flagey and Palace Royale, nothing. It is in a secondary dirty street which does not feel exactly safe. It is under restrictions (June 26), so the ground floor is full of debris, staff was ok, but at some point there fighting and screaming among themselves. The room is below any standard for the price I paid.

Location: near many important highlights of Brussels and in cozy Ixelles.

Cons:

The hotel was renovating the staircase, which made it impossible to take the stairs up or down. At the same time one elevator was out of order and the only other one was only big enough for circa 3 people. Many times I had to wait long to go up or down. The hotel should have closed in such a condition. My room and bathroom needed to be renovated. It was tiny, which I knew, but also just not in any state compared to the photos. Many other details in the hotel were old and sad looking.
