Pros:

Chambre très confortable avec une climatisation très silencieuse. L'Hôtel est très calme et est situé au bord du canal latéral de la Loire, et le chemin de halage est accessible depuis le jardin de l'hôtel: pratique pour se promener le soir. Le repas du soir était très bon.

Une belle découverte
Pros:

Très belles chambres bien équipées, mobilier récent, moderne, hotel calme et bien situé. Belle salle de bain avec WC séparé. En plus ils acceptent les animaux de compagnie.

Je souhaite signaler une situation que je ne trouve pas correcte.

Au moment de l’annulation, il était clairement indiqué « annulation sans frais ». Or, environ 30 minutes plus tard, la totalité du montant de la réservation a été prélevée.

Je ne conteste pas nécessairement le principe d’un prélèvement de la chambre, mais l’information affichée au moment de l’annulation doit être claire, transparente et conforme à ce qui est réellement appliqué. Dans le cas présent, il y a une incohérence manifeste entre le message annoncé et le prélèvement effectué.

Très forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre, fenêtre impossible à ouvrir,
