Pros:

Po raz kolejny wybrałyśmy hotel Artus. Jego zaletą jest usytuowanie w samym centrum, wszędzie jest blisko. Pojawił się problem z pokojem, ale od razu został rozwiązany. Na śniadaniach każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Personel bardzo serdeczny i pomocny.

Wszystko było OK.

Ładny hotel godny polecenia
Pros:

Lokalizacja w sercu miasta, Klimat tworzyła muzyka kurantów z wieży ratusza, który widoczny był na wyciągnięcie ręki z hotelowego pokoju.
Urozmaicone śniadania, na szczególne uznanie zasługuje młoda Pani obsługująca rano, która stanęła na wysokości zadania i parzyła gościom pyszna kawę z uwagi na popsuty samoobsługowy ekspres.
Poza tym cisza i spokój. Miejsce eleganckie i godne polecenia

We had 2 rooms and they were very dirty and it smelled so bad. I have been traveling for 10 years and been in all sort of hotels and I cannot beleive how come a hotel have an okay reviews with this quality of rooms. I never wrote a review in my life for a hotel but for this one I felt I need to make everyone aware so that we all avoid it.

La posizione e la colazione.

Cons:

La stanza troppo piccola. Il letto incastrato tra una parete in mattoni, il termosifone. Il termosifone era attaccato alla destra del letto singolo. Una stanza insomma ricavata.
L'acqua nella doccia faceva fatica ad andare giù.
Tra un giorno ed un altro non sono passati per le pulizie, rifare il letto e sostituire gli asciugamani.

Good for location, only 10 mins to get to all central places.
Pros:

Location, brilliant helpful staff, bathroom was good size, 12 noon check out

Cons:

Lift broke down and no lights twice when we were there due to power issues. Showering in the dark isnt great. Only 1 pillow per bed asked for more but didn't arrive. Can be noisy on a Fri and Sat due to location but ok if window shut. Hotel very hot all the time and no aircon. They gave fans to help.

Kellemes szállás Gdansk centrumában
Pros:

Gdansk centrumában helyezkedik el, a közelben sok a látnivaĺó, és a szállodának van saját étterme, ami egész nap működik.

Cons:

Az egyik este nem volt áram a szállodában másnap reggelig, de ez nem a hotel hibája volt.

Comfortable and quiet room but staff were unhelpful and left my experience very poor
Pros:

Quiet, well located.

Cons:

Lift broke / stopped working / was switched off both evenings of my stay. The staff preferred to see me shuffle up and down 5 flights of stairs on my bottom, rather than help someone with obvious mobility problems (using a walking stick) and even declined to call out an engineer overnight on the second night.

Gdaňsk je moc krásné město, dokonce i, když šíleně pršelo.
Pros:

Snídaně bylo dobré. Akorát fungoval vždy jen jeden kávovar a ten nezvládl nápor hostů, když někdo přišel kolem osmé ráno.

Cons:

Kromě toho kávovaru neměl jsem žádné námitky.
