From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789).

After 10pm, you will need to go to The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay.

Foi boa, porém um dos funcionários não foi cordeal com meu esposo na receção.
Pros:

A localização era ótima, porém nosso apartamento era térreo e nós queríamos andar alto, como divulgado nas fotografias.

Cons:

Ser térreo, não tinha alguns utensílios básicos para cozinha, ar condicionado com cheiro muito forte e cortinas e estores sujos.

Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito aquém do esperado devido a graves problemas de manutenção e segurança no espaço comum da piscina, nomeadamente:
Mobiliário degradado: As cadeiras e os chapéus de sol encontram-se rotos e inutilizáveis.
Falta de conservação: As estruturas em madeira estão visivelmente desgastadas e sem qualquer tratamento.
Grave falha de segurança: O portão de acesso à piscina encontra-se avariado e permanentemente aberto, permitindo a entrada livre de qualquer pessoa alheia ao alojamento.
Esta última situação compromete gravemente a segurança, a privacidade e o bem-estar de todos os hóspedes pagantes.
