Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Please note that until May, check-in takes place at the reception of The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789).

After 10pm, you will need to go to The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay.

Anunciam apartamento de luxo, que não corresponde à realidade

Dos quartos e da localização

Cons:

É inadmissível que o apartamento E03, tenha o deck todo partido e super mal tratado, todo velho, quase que caia, uma vergonha. Faltava louça, cadeiras. Ou seja, anunciam um apartamento para 8 pessoas e não está equipado para tal. Nem uma vassoura e um balde tinha. Íamos com crianças e nem conseguíamos varrer as areias que traziam da praia . Não se admite estas falhas que põem em causa a segurança dos clientes.

Adorei a localização, a vista para o mar e todo o conforto sentido dentro do alojamento. Tudo muito bem organizado, mesmo ao nível do estacionamento.

Para chegar ao empreendimento foi complicado.nem mesmo com o Wase, a morada não corresponde e não foi fácil na receção nos indicarem o local exato, tendo eu de insistir para que fizessem o "favor" de me acompanharem à localização

No geral gostei bastante, mas tenho a realçar que não faz sentido algum ter exaustor ligado de forma automática nos apartamentos, pois interferiu com o meu descanso.

Exaustor automático ligado em certos momentos do dia no prédio. Liguei para a recepção que me disse que não era possível fazer nada.

Cons:

Os utensílios de cozinha, mais propriamente os tachos poderiam ter mais variedade. Ou seja não tinha um tacho pequeno e nem cafeteira. O microondas incorporado no forno, para mim não foi útil.

Que no tenia sillas para todos fuera y una mesa muy pequeña para 6 personas,cada vaso de una forma, que tuvieron que venir a limpiar la terraza. Desorganizacion en la entrada, no nos dijeron que lapiscina estaba cerrada con 30 grados , No nos dijeron que podiamos dejar un momento el coche en la calle para dejar las maletas.un lio de dar la vuelta a toda troia pra dejar las tarjetas en el check -out sino no podias sacar el coche.

Apesar de alguns contratempos, todo o ambiente á volta do apartamento garantiu uma boa paz de espírito

O apartamento em si era bonito e amplo. Gostamos muito da disposição da casa

Cons:

A água quente não tinha a temperatura nem a pressão desejada ou garantida em maior parte dos AL que costumamos ver. Inclusive depois de uma visita de um técnico foi informado que a pressão em bar era a mais baixa de todo o prédio em que o nosso apartamento estava inserido.
