Please note that the apartments are fully equipped and guests will be charged for any damages made in the apartments.

Please note that until May, check-in takes place at the reception of The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

From May onwards, check-in will be at the Troia Welcome Center (Alameda do Salgueiro, 7570-789).

After 10pm, you will need to go to The Anchor Hotel (Alameda do Zambujeiro, 7570-789 GDL).

All reservations except non refundable must be paid at check-in. Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please note that invoices cannot be changed after they are emitted. The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay.

O lugar é bem bonito , os funcionários educados , mas senti falta de preparo para a situação .. ficar 3 dias com banho f

Da localização , das piscinas e da vista . Sem dúvidas é a melhor parte .

Cons:

O primeiro estúdio qe me forneceram , estava com uma infestação de formigas , muitas formigas para todo lado , reclamei e me encaminharam para outro apartamento , porém , não tinha água quente , mesmo reclamando não fizeram nada . Também a energia caía toda hora , se eu tentasse ligar o fogão desarmava a energia toda .. não fizeram nada sobre o assunto ..

Sitio que lo podrian cuidar un poco mas y atender mas a las necesidades de los clientes.
Pros:

La amplitud del apartamento y que todas las habitaciones tenian su cuarto de baño .

Cons:

La piscina estaba cerrada ,con casi 30 grados, pone en la decripcion de temporada, no se porque, una vez hecha la reserva, el alojamiento no envia un documento diciendo cuando abren la piscina o cual es la temporada en Portugal y asi decidir coger ese alojamiento a o no sabiendo los servicios que verdaderamente ofrecen. En una apartemnto para 6 personas mesa para 4 en la terraza , dos castigados sin poder apoyar el plato. La terrraza tuvo que venir una persona para limpiarla. La loza podia ser mas uniforme.

Durch die Lage der Wohnung sehr schöner Urlaub.

Super Lage. Sehr großes Apartment . Eigener Parkplatz.

Cons:

Keine Liegen auf dem Balkon. Das Tor zum Swimmingpool war nicht mit der Karte des Zimmers zu öffnen. Küchenausstattung nicht komplett. Es fehlten Eierbecher, kleiner Topf zum Eier Kochen, Teelöffel und die Menge an Geschirr, um die Spülmaschine zu benutzen. Die Oberfläche der Bratpfanne war ziemlich kaputt.

Muito degradado
Pros:

A localização é ótima. Mesmo junto à Praia. A varanda também é boa e o apartamento é espaçoso.

Cons:

Está muito degradado. A casa de banho está velha, as cadeiras e mesas também. O secador não funcionava bem (não dava calor). A piscina não estava a funcionar. O check-in foi uma desgraça, não faziam ideia do que estavam a fazer. Não voltaremos.

Excelente localização; Apartamento limpo e organizado, com todas as comodidades necessárias para uns diias de descanso. Recomendamos!

Cons:

A zona da piscina carece de alguma melhoria, e existiam apenas 5 espreguiçadeiras para todos os apartamentos o que fez com quem muitas vezes tivesse de colocar a toalha no chão para me poder sentar;

Em 3 dias, nunca fizeram a limpeza do apartamento ou troca de toalhas.

A localização é excelente, o apartamento óptimo, com uma vista incrível e um jardim bem cuidado.
O apartamento está bem equipado e tem uma decoração clean. Senti-me em casa!

Cons:

As lâmpadas da casa de banho não funcionavam de forma adequada.
O acesso à piscina está interditado, esta questão deixou-me bastante desagrada, uma vez que também marquei este hotel pela piscina. Seria importante informarem os hóspedes da restrição se utilização.
