Lovely place to stay and an exceptionally good night sleep
Pros:

For that particular day and my plans the location was perfect

Cons:

Lack of signage - low key hotel but insufficient signs to point where you’re going. Was told to go through the doors and turn right to get to my room - guessed it was in an annex over 100m away - they could have told me that

الهدوء ، تعاون موظفه الاستقبال ، تم احضار مكيف لنا

Cons:

الفطور لم يكن حتى الساعه 11:00 ، ووقت الخروج لم يكن مثل باقي الفنادق 12:00 بل كان في تمام الساعه 11 صباحاً .
لا يوجد تكييف ف الفندق ولكن الطقس جميل بالخارج

Dont stay in hot weather. No aircon in our room.

No aircon in our room - was unbearably hot. Ended up going home rather than sleep in such a hot room. Would have thought at that price that the rooms would have air con.

Fabulous grounds and staff were amazing. Lovely outdoor poolside area. Good food options.

Cons:

No aircon in the rooms (small portable fan) - particularly given the cost of the room per night.

Baby soft play needed a clean.

Fab venue could do with some TLC and more staff.
Pros:

Gorgeous venue. Facilities were excellent, the Anglo Indian restaurant was also exceptional in regards quality of food.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights and had to ask to get our room cleaned on the 2nd day and even when cleaned they missed a few things. Also they were very short staffed and while the service when received was excellent the staff were very much under pressure and obviously understaffed.
We booked a junior suite which while ok I feel it was a little tired and the wardrobe smelt quite badly of mould.

Super relaxing, luxury, spa experience
Pros:

Everything!! The facilities were fantastic especially loved the spa garden with natural pool and landscaping but also the terrace and patio with golf views were lovely to sit and relax. I liked how well laid out the property was, very open and the flow was good! Easy to find everything

Cons:

Pretty much nothing! The only slight downside was the lack of air con in the rooms as even with the fan provided it was really quite warm all the time which didn’t feel too comfortable
