Difícil solucionar rapidamente os problemas

Ao chegar percebemos que não tinha toalha no quarto, além disso a banheira está bem suja e com muito pelo e cabelo no ralinho. Por 3 dias ficamos sem água quente e os funcionários sabiam, eram até atenciosos mas não foram nada prestativos em nos ajudar com a questão. O wifi no 1 andar não funcionava, era preciso ficar sentada no chão na porta de entrada para tentar ter um pouco de sinal, eles alegaram que o sinal funcionava bem do 5 andar e o 1 era oq tinha menos sinal mesmo. No 3 o dia iam nos mudar para o 2 andar mas não tinha água quente também, então nós mudaram para o 4 andar recém reformado e “novo”, porém, informaram q não era cama de casal, eram 2 camas separadas e sem banheira , mas como era novo disseram que não cobrariam a diferença. Achamos inaceitável essa conduta, nós não solicitamos uma mudança pra um “melhor”, segundo eles, mas que não tinham as coisas q pagamos para ter (cama de casal e banheira). Solicitamos apenas ÁGUA QUENTE E SINAL DE WIFI DECENTE. O novo banheiro não tinha tapete e pedimos, fizemos check out e oq iam colocar, mas nunca foi colocado. Fora q o box não fechava por inteiro, tinha apenas uma folha de vidro box, a água podia ser quente, mas o frio que fazia era difícil ficar confortável. Enfim, foi difícil a estadia. No fim, os funcionários da recepção eram atenciosos mas não eram prestativos. E o do restaurante/café da manhã eram bem ríspidos e sem paciência alguma em explicar as coisas, chegando a ser mal educados.

Esta bien pero deben mejorar

Estéticamente esta bien, de hecho lo están remodelando, el personal es muy amable y la ubicación esta bien es tranquilo el lugar duermes muy a gusto

El internet esta super mal realmente no nos dejaba ingresar si mi pareja o yo no nos desconectábamos, en la habitación vimos que había cosas sucias pero por cansancio pensamos que habíamos ensuciado de la comida que traíamos, no se si es por la remodelacion que estan llevando a cabo que el servicio al cuarto tardaba demasiado

O hotel é ótimo. Quarto confortavel, recepção 24h, boa localização e preço bem abaixo de outros hoteis de mesmo padrão. O café da manhã é um pouco confuso pois o buffet é apenas para quem paga a parte (para não hóspedes) enquanto que para os hóspedes funciona a la carte, o que é um pouco confuso pois não vi isso indicado no restaurante. Também senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Mas isso não desabona o hotel. Ficaria novamente. Recomendo.

NADA. TODAS LAS FOTOS QUE MUESTRAN EN BOOKING SON FALSAS, LAS HABITACIONES NO SE PARECEN EN NADA. LAS PAREDES ESTAN SUPER SUCIAS. CUANDO LLEGAMOS EN PLENO MAYO NOS DIERON DOS HABITACIONES SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, CUANDO BAJE A RECEPCION PARA PEDIR CAMBIO DE HABITACIÓN ME DIJERON QUE ERA LO UNICO QUE ME PODIAN OFRECER YA QUE EL HOTEL ESTABA EN REMODELACIÓN, ASI QUE LES DIJE QUE CANCELARAN MI RESERVA Y ME REEMBOLZARAN POR QUE YO HABIA RESERVADO HABITACIONES CON ESE SERVICIO. SOLO CUANDO LE VOLVI A DECIR QUE CANCELARAN MI RESERVA Y QUERIA MI REMBOLSO, MAGICAMENTE SE LES OCURRIO LA SOLUCIÓN DE DARNOS OTRAS HABITACIONES HASTA EL OTRO DIA. NOS DIERON OTRAS HABITACIONES HASTA DESPUES DE LAS 4 DE A TARDE Y SOLO POR QUE ESTUVE PRESIONANDO DE NO HABER ESTADO INSISTIENDO NO HABRIAN HECHO NINGUN CAMBIO.

EL INTERNET ERA MALISIMO, UNA VEZ QUE NOS CAMBIARON DE HABITACIONES NO PODIAMOS VER UN VIDEO SIN QUE SE PAUSARA POR FALTA DE INTERNET. EN UNA HABITACIÓN DONDE ESTABAMOS CUATRO PERSONAS, SOLO NOS DEJABAN DOS TOALLAS. DEBIDO A QUE RECLAME EL CAMBIO DE HABITACIONES, EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION COMENZO A PORTARSE HOSTIL Y MALCARIENTO CADA VEZ QUE PREGUNTABAMOS ALGO O HACIAMOS ALGUNA SOLICITUD, INCLUSO NO CONTESTABAN LOS BUENOS DIAS O LAS BUENS NOCHES. Muy buen hotel , muy limpio , el personal muy atento , las habitaciones muy cómodas , muy buena ubicación, todo super bien , si lo recomiendo ampliamente , solo una cosa es importante especificar que no todas las habitaciones tienen clima pero si solicitas ventiladores te los prestan ,

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado una habitación más arriba ya que en la aplicación ofrece vista a la ciudad , y me tocó en segundo piso sin vista , solo eso todo lo demás está muy bien , muy limpio todo .
