Pros:

Breakfast and front desk staff were very good, courteous and professional. Helpful with questions.

Cons:

The pillows were horrible. I needed feather free, they did have them, but I feel they were brought out storage from years ago or possibly a couch pillow. My partner didn't need down free and his pillows were also flat and old. They should invest in better, more comfortable pillows.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in Intelaken.
Pros:

View of mountains from room was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful. It was very close to the train station.

I can't think of a thing.

Proche du centre à pied, petit déjeuné sympathique.
Pros:

Propre, le personnel de l'accueil et les femmes de ménage très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner très bien.

Cons:

pourrait être amélioré : à 20 Heure dans notre chambre nous avons eu 30 minutes de bruit insupportable de tuyauterie, ça sifflet et bourdonnait, heureusement que nous n'étions pas en train de dormir. ça devait être un douche ou remplissage de baignoire d'une chambre voisine. pas top.... probablement résultant de l'hôtel qui est ancien.
Sinon au petit déjeuné, les deux messieurs de l'hôtel n'ont pas dit bonjour et n'ont pas fait un seul sourire à personne, c'est dommage , d'hautant plus que le petit déjeuné est très bien. Avec ces paramètres à revoir, un peu cher.

Little trouble with parking to understand where you are allowed to park. We have sorted it. Maybe would be fine to send
