Gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war zentral und ruhig, ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Am Nachmittag Kaffee und Kuchen oder ein kaltes Getränk zu bekommen, hatten wir auch noch nicht erlebt. Schöne Idee.

Cons:

Schön wäre gewesen, wenn es zum Frühstück auch Gemüse und alternative Milch gegeben hätte. Die haben wir uns gekauft und selbst mitgebracht.

Excellent and friendly
Pros:

The staff is great. Tanya is very helpful, also the staff working at the breakfast time. They are very friendly and helpful. We arrived before checking in time, when we get back, all our luggage’s are in our room already.

Pros:

The property was quite accessible from the interlaken west station and plenty of bus available to reach the property as well as other destinations. The breakfast was quite good. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

Our reservation was for three persons that included air conditioning. The staff upgraded us to a chalet which had no AC. This became ait uncomfortable in the hot weather. The breakfast was quite good. While the main bed was comfortable the bunk bed was quite uncomfortable.

Pros:

El hotel es precioso, la habitación de muy buen tamaño y muy cómoda. El personal muy atento, todos son muy amables y disponibles en todo momento. Disfrutamos mucho el desayuno, mucha variedad y de excelente calidad. La ubicación es maravillosa a tan solo 5 minutos de la estación de tren Ost.

Pros:

Beautiful views, excellent location to train station & restaurants. Nice breakfast, included in cost.

Cons:

No amenities other than shower gel in bathroom. Bathtub/shower was very high/deep to step into.

Pros:

The view was amazing!! The staff was wonderful, especially John. The location close to the train station, you could have tea/coffee & cake in the lobby daily which was very lovely.

Cons:

While breakfast was delicious, I wish there were a tiny bit more options or vegetables! But we still loved it.

Nice place. Very friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The staff were very nice and friendly. It was a reasonable walk from the train station. We had a room with a view of the back lawn of the property which was peaceful.

Cons:

I thought it was a little expensive but I booked late and was happy with the overall experience.

Pros:

Staff /john is helpful and nice . We really enjoy the tea time at commom room n it is refreshing after a day trip back hotel.

Cons:

Only one lady in short hair shown her impatience while answering our questions at reception during our check in .This is pretty abnormal . All the rest of the female staffs at reception are polite n nice .

A decoração do hotel é linda!
Tem salões agradáveis e calmos.
Um jardim com um gramado belissimo nos fundos.
A parte da frente tem varanda com mesas que dão vista para o jungfrau, monch e eiger. Então meamo q seu quarto não tenha vista. Você pode sentar na varanda e aproveitar a vista!
Tem um telescópio maravilhoso na frente do hotel!
Toda tarde tem um lanche maravilhoso, com bolo , sucos, chocolate quente e café.
O café da manhã é excelente, bem servido e delicioso!
Funcionários ótimos! Com certeza me hospedaria novamente lá! Recomendo a todos!
