Nooit meer naar dit hotel zeker niet voor het geld wat een kamer kost
Pros:

Ligging van het hotel met parkeerplaats was top

Cons:

Het hotel was erg oud kamers hebben een update nodig douche kwam bij geen water uit de kamer hing een vreemde geur. Was het geld totaal niet waard.

To start with, the location was exquisite with breathtaking views of the mountain valleys just outside the hotel. The hotel had a delicious spread of continental breakfast and a very warm & professional staff. Special mention to John and Bruna for taking such great care of us during our stay. Their attention to detail and caring attitude kept us super happy during our stay.

Cons:

Only that the wooden floor in the room make a squeeking sound when you walk on it. Maybe a renovation is due.

Very nice. Tanya at front desk was very helpful for planning outings. John is always around and ready to help. The breakfast is good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Decent stay at Interlaken
Pros:

Amazing staff, courteous and provided excellent support! The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The stay felt like a very normal hotel, it definitely didn’t feel like a luxurious stay for the $$$$ we were charged - perhaps summer prices. It’s a 10 min walk to the Interlaken west train / bus station. The room had a balcony facing the garden but there was no space to stand or put a chair.
