Normal, uno de los de recepción pésimo trato .

Cons:

Por la noche no puedes acceder al alojamiento si no te abren la puerta, una de las noches yo estaba en su puesto de trabajo el recepcionista y no abrió y tuve que esperar hasta que se presentaré para entrar a mi habitación a dormir

Une deuxième langue est obligatoire

L'emplacement parfait, la propreté aussi

Cons:

Le grand problème que j'ai trouvé, est la communication, quelques fonctions normalement nécessitent une deuxième langue comme l'anglais ou le français, réception d'hôtel avec une seule langue pas logique, et ça entraîne des problèmes parfois

[08:41, 20/07/2026] Karima: Pour un hôtel soi-disant 3 étoiles, la chambre est certes agréable, mais elle est beaucoup trop petite. L’absence de mini-réfrigérateur, de bouteilles d’eau, ainsi que de café et de thé est décevante et ne correspond pas, selon moi, au niveau de prestations attendu pour cette catégorie d’établissement.

Le petit-déjeuner est également décevant : le choix est limité, les produits sont peu variés et la qualité reste assez moyenne.

Le principal problème concerne la fenêtre, qui donne sur un couloir ouvert sur une cour intérieure. Les clients des chambres du même étage passent constamment devant celle-ci. Il est donc impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans être exposé aux regards des autres vacanciers, ce qui réduit considérablement l’intimité et le confort du séjour.

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel reste correct, mais plusieurs points mériteraient d’être améliorés pour être réellement à la hauteur de ses 3 étoiles.

Convenient, clean, no complaints
Pros:

Modern city location, very clean.
Parking nearby can be awkward- more so because many of the nearby streets are 1 way & don’t allow right/left turn! ( there are short time bays outside).
Nice walk in shower & air con.
