Pros:

Hotel war super und hatte beste Lage

Cons:

Parkplatz Gebühren gehen gar nicht!!
Als Rewards Kunde hätte ich gerne direkt bei Best Western gebucht,aber bei Booking war es um 300 Euro billiger,da nützt mir die Rewards Kunden Karte dann auch nichts mehr

Sauberkeit u Service.
Am Anreisetag waren im gesamten Wellnessbereich die Trinkwasserspender leer. Kurz nach 16:00 Uhr, die Auskunft von der Rezeption, der zuständige Mitarbeiter sei bereits im Feierabend… mehr passierte leider nicht.
Im Zimmer sollte dringend gründlicher staubgewischt werden. Des Weiteren sollte man unbedingt die Mischbatterie im Bad wechseln, diese wechselt von allein ständig die Temperatur beim duschen

Erholsamer Aufenthalt- gerne wieder.
Pros:

Man hat auf viele Kleinigkeiten geachtet, um dem Gast es so schön wie möglich zu machen.

Cons:

Eigentlich nur das Angebot beim Abendessen. Das Buffet- soviel braucht nicht jeder zum Abendessen. Das Restaurant hatte nur ein sehr übersichtliches Angebot. Hier fehlte sowas wie eine Brotzeit zum Abendessen.

Pros:

Ohne Kinder. Alles entspannt. Ganzes Personal sehr nett. Essen super. Schwimmbecken fantastisch. Lage top. Zimmer schön. Massage sehr gut.

Cons:

Matratze leider durchgelegen - fand mein Nacken nicht so toll.
Fitnessraum nicht ansprechend - Laufband porös und quietscht, Geräte alt.
