Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr authentisch italienisch. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Parkplatzsituation ist ausgezeichnet.

Preis und Leistung stimmen leider nicht überein
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt hatte auch einige positive Seiten, besonders die wunderschöne Natur und die ruhige Lage, die einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen und eine schöne Atmosphäre zum Entspannen bieten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und bereits am Tisch vorbereitet, was praktisch und angenehm war.

Cons:

Trotzdem finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen ist, da die Preise im Vergleich zu dem, was die Unterkunft bietet, zu hoch sind. Die Wände in den Zimmern sind sehr dünn, sodass man nahezu jeden Schritt aus den Nachbarzimmern und dem Flur hören kann. Auch Geräusche vom Wasser und der Toilettenspülung aus anderen Zimmern sind deutlich hörbar, wodurch es schwierig ist, sich richtig auszuruhen und gut zu schlafen.

Leider konnten wir auch wegen der vielen Mücken und anderen Insekten im Zimmer nicht gut schlafen. Da es im Zimmer sehr warm war, hätten wir gerne das Fenster geöffnet, was wegen der Insekten jedoch kaum möglich war. Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, allerdings wollten wir diese während der Nacht nicht laufen lassen. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären hier eine sehr sinnvolle und hilfreiche Lösung, besonders weil sich das Haus mitten in der Natur befindet.

Wunderschön!
Pros:

Ein wundervoller Ort abseits des Trubels in Venedig,.. eine versteckte Oase mit einem wundervollen Garten.. ein großes Portal öffnet sich eine Einfahrt beginnt mit Wiesen auf denen Schafe geruhsam grasen.. alles ist wunderbar gepflegt und bereitet einem beim Anblick Freude!.. die Besitzer sind wahnsinnig nett und man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben!.. das Frühstück mit leichter Musik im Hintergrund und dem schönen Gedeck das alle Wünsche erfüllt macht einen schon zum Frühstück glücklich!.. hier hat man alles was man braucht.. das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sensationell !.. eigentlich kann man auch einfach hier bleiben und relaxen!.. wer nach Venedig will muss allerdings ein wenig Autofahren oder ab Mestre mit dem Zug fahren!.. wir fanden die Autofahrt komfortabler !.. mit dem Rad nach Venedig würde ich nicht empfehlen!… das ist zu weit und man fährt an der Straße!..Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen..dieses Mal konnten wir die Anlage leider zu wenig genießen da Kunstaustellungen im Vordergrund standen!.. ein toller Poolbereich versteckt sich nämlich auch noch hinter dem Haus.. ein wahnsinnig schönes Areal!

Der Aufenthalt ist sein Geld wert
Pros:

Die Lage, das sehr gute Abendessen, sehr schönes gepflegtes Zimmer und das hervorragende Frühstück, welches fix und fertig auf dem Tisch stand und keine Wünsche übrig lässt.
Das Personal ist top und sehr freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Die klassische Stil der Zimmer, des kleinen Frühstücksraumes und der beiden Salons passen perfekt zueinander.

Cons:

Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte ist der Umstand, dass es leider keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad gibt und keine Kommode oder Schrank. Daher keine 10 Punkte

Une résidence atypique qui sort de l'ordinaire. Une expérience vraiment unique. Entouré par une belle nature loin du bruit de la ville avec le max de confort et un personnel très gentil et a l'écoute. Je recommande.

Il manque un minibar dans notre chambre.

NOT A GOOD CHOICE, USE IT IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A HORSE RIDE LESSON OR A DINNER AND LEAVE

The surrounding was nice.

Cons:

First of all: it was cold when we arrived, we could not turn up the heat or the air-condition by ourselves, we had to ask the stuff, that temperature changed after one day, so it was cold again. The place is very basic, not cosy at all, not a rug, one mirror for 3 ladies, wardrobe just in one room, there are insects all over: spiders, aunts, grashoppers and some others too. The kitchen is like 20 years old, everything is very basic, worth like 3 stars maximum and 7 after reviews not 9, it is totally misleading. The breakfast costs 30€ even for the children, so 120€ for the 4 of us. In the Marriott 5 kms away we ate fabulous breakfast for 70€. The wifi went away after 2 days, the NICE remote controller for the main door did not work. After two nights we wanted the bed sheets to be changed, so we moved it when we realized a brown thing at the corner: YES, AFTER SMELLING IT WAS SH¤T IN OUR DOUBLE BED !!! We were very upset, they said it is impossible but sorry... This double bed anyway is very soft, not comfortable at all while the pillow is like a high foam, nothing like a duck feather. This place is not suitable for hospitability, it is like a weekend house of yours that you use twice a year, it was more expensive than the Marriott but we wanted to be at a beautiful place, we were extremely disappointed by the end about this choice. BOOKING RATING IS VERY MUCH MISLEADING!!!! NOT VALID AT ALL

10/10 Excellent Stay.
Pros:

I love everything about this stay. The staff was so kind. The room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional. The playground outside was a big bonus since we traveled with kids, 4yr & 6yr old. The location provided elegance with practicality. The kids loved the sheep, horses, and pigs. A baby horse was just born when we arrived and the property manager let the kids go see the foal. It was a wonderful stay start to finish. Did I mention the breakfast? It was WONDERFUL. Such a calming environment. I would not recommend this stay with high energy children because of the delicate finery but even temperament kids will thrive. Perfect for single couples looking for a quiet stay near Venice.

Cons:

I would have liked some more kid friendly options food wise in the restaurant but overall my kids ate and enjoyed themselves.
