Alte, abgewohnte Wohnung in ruhigem Wohngebiet
Pros:

Die Lage ist super - ruhig, aber sehr nah zum Markt, zur Ubahn und zum Stadion.
Leicht über Zugangscode zu erreichen.
Das Bett ist super bequem - perfekte Matratzenhärte!

Cons:

Die Wohnung ist alt, abgewohnt und sanierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel sind schon mehr als verbraucht.
Für längere Aufenthalte nicht ratsam.

Bom custo-benefício perto do Prater!
Pros:

Ótima localização, perto do Prater, da Vorgartenstrasse e a uma agradável caminhada até a Stephansplatz, espaço adequado, comodidades conforme anúncio. Atendimento nota 10 pela Olga. Pretendo retornar em breve.

Cons:

Como estava um calor absurdo em Viena, senti falta de um ventilador, pelo menos. Mas assim que comentei com a Olga, ela me autorizou comprar um e me reembolsou imediatamente.

met our needs very well.
Pros:

location quiet, good for supermarket, cafe, public transport and local parks. Directions were clear and comprehensive.

bed was very comfy and the view from the window was good.

kitchen was adequate but basic. hosts left an umbrella which came in very handy!

Viena genuina
Pros:

Muy cómodo para dos personas; el barrio te permite vivir una Viena genuina sin turismo, y está muy bien comunicado.

Cons:

El parque en primavera/verano puede ser un tanto ruidoso a mediodía/tarde.

Great location and spacious, but lacking in comfort

It’s spacious and well located.

Cons:

There was only one bedsheet for the bedroom and no bedsheet for my friend sleeping on the sofa. The bed and the sofa weren’t particularly comfortable.

Kleines Apartement an guter Lage für kleines Budget
Pros:

Die Lage nahe Prater und in der Nähe von 2 U-Bahnstationen ganz oke. Check in und Kommunikation unkompliziert. Alles war sauber (ausser der Teppich unter dem Tisch).
Das vergessene Klopapier wurde mit einer Schachtel Schokolade nachgeloefert:-) (da hatten wir aber schon welches gekauft.)

Cons:

Leider hatte es bei der Ankunft kein Klopapier. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spärlich. Ds hat eine Filterkaffeemaschine aber keine Filter und keinen Kaffee. Ich muss auch ehrlich sagen, normalerweise buche ich etwas teurer Apartements und da gibt es immer Kaffee und eine ausgestattete Küche. Deshalb wird es wohl diesem Preissegment normal sein. Die Glastischplatte verschiebt sich schon bei leichtem berühren.
