Comfortable stay
Pros:

Beautifully presented hotel, with a lovely bar/restaurant and outdoor seating area. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Room was very nice and spacious. Food was really good and location was ideal for exploring battlefields and Ypres, whilst providing somewhere peaceful to relax

Cons:

It would have been nice to have some basic tea & coffee making facilities in each room, alongside a hair dryer.
Only minor details, but would improve the stay.

Ideaal familiehotel als uitvalsbasis voor de Westhoek met ruim plaats voor fietsen, scooters, moto's
Pros:

Locatie was perfect: ideale uitvalsbasis voor de westhoek. Ook hadden we een overdekte plaats om onze Vespa's te laten overnachten. Ontbijt was OK, keuze in restaurant ruim voldoende en vooral vers met liefde bereid. Je voelt hier heel sterk dat het om een familiaal hotel gaat wat het veel persoonlijker maakt. Terras, tuin speeltuin: alles heel netjes en vrij nieuw.

Cons:

Onze kamer aan de straatkant was wat rumoeriger qua straatlawaai. Vrienden aan de achterkant wel tevreden van hun nachtrust. En in badkamer nergens een haakje ofzo om handdoeken op te hangen: maar dit is al zoeken om een verbeteringspunt door te geven.

Für die Durchreise und eventuellen längeren Aufenthalt mit den Motorrädern eine klare Empfehlung.
Pros:

Hervorzuheben ist die sehr individuelle Betreuung durch den Chef und seine Gattin. Das Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und erinnerte nicht an ein klassisches Hotelzimmer. Das Abendessen (vor allem die Muscheln) müssen wir hier unbedingt empfehlen. Die Motorräder konnten wir im Innenhof versperrt abstellen. Trotz des kurzen Aufenthaltes hatten wir das Gefühl, als Freunde wieder abzureisen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt, um die geschichtsträchtige Umgebung zu erkunden.

Cons:

Op de fotos van het hotel.op de site van Booking.com staat dat er een zwembad is .
Dat zag ik wel zitten ivm de hitte .
Maar het zwembad was er niet .
Was een groot opblaasbad .
Dat viel wat tegen .En je kon pas inchekken na 17.00 dat vinden wij erg laat .
Je betaald wel voor die dag naar ons idee ..En maandag hele dag gesloten met uitzondering ontbijt .
Dinsdag tm zaterdag alleen ontbijt open daarna pas van 17.00 .
Zondag heel de dag open voor onbijt lunch borrel en diner ..
Dus grootste deel van de week kon je er niet op terras zitten .

Lovely one night stay, such friendly owners and safe parking.
Pros:

Lovely quiet location, not too far from The Menin Gate which was our main reason for visiting the area. Lovely owners who can't do enough to help you. Safe parking for motorcycles within the closed gates of the hotel. We left before breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Un bon établissement à conseiller
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Manque toutefois une chaise pour s’installer au bureau.
Grande salle de bains et douche très agréable.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est trop cher. Il faudrait proposer une formule plus réduite à côté de la firmule plus copieuse.
