Pros:

Wir hatten ein kleines aber feines Zimmer im 4. Stock, welches das Fenster in einen Innenhof hatte. Es war für eine Großstadt absolut ruhig, wir wurden am Morgen vom Gesang der Vögel geweckt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral; wohl gibt es kein Frühstück aber ringsherum viele Möglichkeiten ein solches in unterschiedlichsten Lokalen zu genießen.

Otel konum olarak çok iyiydi; birçok yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabildik. Resepsiyondaki görevliler ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.
Rezervasyon yaparken oda seçeneklerine dikkat etmenizi öneririm; bazı odalarda banyo ve tuvalet ortak kullanımda olabiliyor. Ben yanlışlıkla ortak banyo ve tuvalet kullanımına sahip bir oda seçmişim. Tesisle iletişime geçtiğimde hızlı bir şekilde çözüm sundular ve banyo-tuvaleti oda içinde olan bir odaya geçiş yapmamı sağladılar.
Genel olarak konumu, çalışanların ilgisi ve hızlı çözüm sunmaları nedeniyle memnun kaldım.

Das Konzept der Selbstversorgung der Pension gefällt mir sehr. Man kann sich in einem netten Gemeinschsftsraum ein Frühstück oder andere Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Kaffeeautomat und Kühlschrank stehen bereit. Ein SPAR Supermarkt befindet sich ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale oder Kaffeehäuser mühelos zu Fuß erreichen. Wir gaben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!😊

Woke up and the sheet had come off her bed. There was no mattress protector on her side of the bed and she was
Lying directly on top of a stained and dirty mattress.
I complained and they just added a mattress protector. I didn’t like the fact that someone had probably urinated
On her mattress and they thought that it was ok just to cover up with a protector. I felt this was very unhygeinic.
