Ac cold.
No hot water. Toilet seat loose. No towels or water provided. Construction noise on the other side of my room wall. Shower entrance is a trip hazard. Sink, shower and toilet are missing parts. Bed sheets are very thin, and no blankets . T v only has local broadcast channels in local language. No internet availability.

When I pay good money i expect the bathroom not to have issues.there was no hot water which i find unacceptable and if the hotel is quick enough to take my money they need to provide good facilities which it was not!

Receptionist put us on the 3rd floor and she knew no hot water toxic smell in the room from sewer terrible.Place filthy no facatilites.Terrible hotel sack the manager.

For its price its not worth it, its not clean, theres a lot of cockroaches. The beds and the pillows are not even good. Theres no glass or cup nothing. Worst hotel tbh
staff is so good and so friendly.
it just missing things like the a/c remote control, slippers also the cleanliness needs to improve but the staff attitude is so good they are so friendly, they just need to improve providing things that customer needs for stay.

Shower tap is too old , needs replacement.

The location is very convenient to malls and shops.
Clogged sink and toilet, dusty room and you can hear the sound of the other room and people walking the hallway.

The bed was good. The staff was friendly.
No having a window in the bedroom / bathroom felt like a prison cell.
The toilet seat was broken. The toilet cover was absent. The toilet itself was dirty upon check in.

The quality of light in the bedroom was extremely poor. It was so dark that it felt creepy.
Worn out plugs made it difficult to recharge.
The location is very accessible to all transport vehicles. It is located at the heart of the city and lots of nearby places to visit.
The AC sometimes fails.
Booked king size suite and got a small double decker room with AC upstairs only and the Tv was above your headboard. The room smelled horrible and they would not honor the king size suite that was booked. Said it wasn’t available even though I paid and booked it online. They said if I don’t want the room they are giving me that I could leave. Will never and I urge you not to book here ever also.
